Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has not only had an impact on physical health, but also on mental health. This study focuses on Andra Alodita, an Instagram beauty and lifestyle influencer who likes to share positive mental health messages. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence and how much influence the message on the @alodita Instagram account has on people's behavior in maintaining mental health. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. A purposive sample technique was applied, with a total of 100 respondents who are followers of the @alodita Instagram account. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between messages on the @alodita Instagram account towards people's behavior in maintaining mental health with a number of 0.676, where if the X variable is equivalent to 0, then the value of the Y variable is 11.557 and if the X variable increase by 1 unit, then the value of the Y variable will increase by 0.676.
