<![CDATA[This study analyzes the model of theocratic governance in the biblical perspective and understands its relevance in the contemporary social context. Through a qualitative method with a hermeneutic approach, and an in-depth literature review, this study highlights the basic concept of theocratic governance according to the Bible, its implications and relevance in the contemporary social framework, the social, political, and religious impact of its application, and the challenges and opportunities associated with applying the principles of theocratic governance in a changing social context. An assessment of interpretive approaches to biblical texts was also conducted to understand our understanding of the principles of theocratic governance. The results of this study provide a comprehensive insight into the role of religion in societal governance and formulating policies that are compatible with the needs of modern society and relevant religious values.AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis model pemerintahan teokratis dalam perspektif Alkitab dan memahami relevansinya dalam konteks sosial kontemporer. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan hermeneutik, dan tinjauan literatur yang mendalam, penelitian ini menyoroti konsep dasar pemerintahan teokratis menurut Alkitab, implikasi dan relevansinya dalam kerangka sosial kontemporer, dampak sosial, politik, dan agama dari penerapannya, serta tantangan dan peluang yang terkait dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pemerintahan teokratis dalam konteks sosial yang terus berubah. Penilaian terhadap pendekatan interpretatif terhadap teks Alkitab juga dilakukan untuk memahami pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip pemerintahan teokratis. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang komprehensif tentang peran agama dalam tata kelola masyarakat dan merumuskan kebijakan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat modern dan nilai-nilai agama yang relevan.]]>
