Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the influence of leadership style and communication on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable among employees of Aroma Bakery. The number of respondents in this study was 35 individuals. The sampling technique used was total sampling. This research is a causal-explanatory study, which explains the position of the variables studied as well as the influence between one variable and another. The data analysis used in this study is quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results of the study show that: Leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation. Communication has no effect on employee performance. Communication has no effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has no effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. Communication has no effect on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The activity of implementing digitalization for SMEs as an effort to enhance the quality of product marketing in Medokan Ayu Ward is aimed at providing knowledge about digital marketing to the local community. The objective is to empower UMKM practitioners in Medokan Ayu Ward with further understanding of digital marketing strategies to strengthen their products. The methodology of this activity includes observation, obtaining permissions from partners, implementation, training, and evaluation. The implementation focuses on delivering materials on the importance of digital marketing for UMKM. The training results show that participants responded positively to the presented materials, with an average percentage of 85.4%. The activity was attended by all Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) operating in Medokan Ayu Ward, who responded positively to the implementation of digitalization for the purpose of improving the quality of product marketing in the area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan green banking dalam mendorong perbankan syariah yang ramah lingkungan. Green banking berperan penting dalam mempromosikan keberlanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dan prinsip ramah lingkungan dalam operasional perbankan. Perbankan syariah, yang berlandaskan pada prinsip etika dan tanggung jawab sosial, memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Studi ini mengkaji penerapan green banking pada bank syariah dengan fokus pada inovasi layanan digital dan e-business, yang telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekaligus mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi bagaimana green banking dapat mendorong inklusi keuangan dan kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik. Berdasarkan analisis literatur dan studi kasus, ditemukan bahwa penerapan green banking pada perbankan syariah tidak hanya mendukung pelestarian lingkungan tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi dan sosial yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat dan industri keuangan.
