Abstract

The Islamic Religious Education (PAI) course is a compulsory course that must be followed by students, as well as PAI subjects at the elementary, junior high and high school levels. In the learning process, an educator who is effective in PAI courses must have the ability to transfer knowledge and values, this requires innovation in learning methods so that teaching materials and learning objectives can be well received. The learning strategies of Teacher Centered Learning (TCL) and Student Centered Learning (SCL) can be an educator's choice in transferring knowledge. This research was conducted at STMIK Antar Bangsa using a quantitative research method with a predetermined population and sample, or the technique used was non-random sampling, while the data analysis used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application. Based on the results of data analysis from the questionnaire, it was found that the application of the SCL learning approach was more dominant than TCL, this was evidenced by quite high results in SCL activities, such as cooperation between students, feedback from lecturers regarding the tasks given, and lecturers involving students in making decisions about learning materials and learning methods to be carried out. The TCL approach is also still used by PAI lecturers, in the process of delivering material still uses the careful method as well as in doing individual assignments, students tend to do it themselves.

Abstract

Planning is the first point that is carried out in implementing the management function in the organization, both George R Terry with POAC, Henry Fayol with POCCC, John F. me with POMC, Luther M Gulick with POSDCRB, Harold Koots and Cyriil O. Donnel with POSDC and Stephen P. Robins and Timoty A. Judge with POLC, Edwards Deming with PDCA and John D. Millet with Directing and Facillitating. All management experts put planning in the first place. The ability of pesantren to survive until now in the midst of the rapid flow of globalization is due to the ability of pesantren to manage their institutions. The growth of Islamic educational institutions proves that Islamic educational institutions have experienced extraordinary development, marked by the great interest of the public to enroll their children in Islamic educational institutions. The ability of the Tahfizh Daarul Qurán Islamic Boarding School in developing management functions, namely. Planning is able to improve the quality of the institution's management. The research is field research, while the approach used is qualitative descriptive. Meanwhile, the data analysis procedure of this research is reduction, display, conclusion drawing. As for the technical data analysis using the Nvivo 12 Plus application. In general, the management function, namely Planning, runs in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution. Daarul Qur'an forms a Deputy work unit that functions to carry out planning, evaluation, monitoring and coaching activities. Planning is set at a national working meeting that sets and lays down the outline of the institution's policy.

Abstract

Planning (perencanaan) merupakan point pertama yang dilakukan dalam menerapkan fungsi manajemen pada organisasi, Baik George R Terry dengan POAC, Henry Fayol dengan POCCC, John F. Mee dengan POMC, Luther M Gulick dengan POSDCRB, Harold Koots dan Cyriil O. Donnel dengan POSDC dan Stephen P. Robins dan Timoty A. Judge dengan POLC, Edwards Deming dengan PDCA dan John D. Millet dengan Directing dan Facilitating. Kesemua pakar manajemen menempatkan perencanaan dalam urutan pertama. Kemampuan pesantren untuk survive hingga kini di tengah derasnya arus globalisasi karena kemampuan pesantren dalam memanajemen lembaganya. Tumbuhnya lembaga pendidikan Islam membuktikan bahwa lembaga pendidikan Islam mengalami perkembangan yang luar biasa ditandai dengan minat besar masyarakat untuk mendaftarkan anaknya di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kemampuan Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qurán dalam mengembangkan fungsi manajemen, yaitu. Planning mampu meningkatkan kualitas manajemen lembaganya. Penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), sementara pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan Prosedur analisis data penelitian ini reduction, display, conclusion drawing. Sedangkan untuk teknis analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Nvivo 12 Plus. Secara umum fungsi manajemen, yaitu Planing berjalan sesuai dengan visi dan misi lembaga. Daarul Qur’an membentuk unit kerja Deputi yang berfungsi untuk melakukan aktivitas perencanaan, evaluasi, monitoring dan pembinaan. Perencanaan ditetapkan pada rapat kerja nasional yang menetapkan dan meletakkan garis besar kebijakan lembaga.
