<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga terpilih 47 orang guru sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan (keseluruhan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil data diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (9,930 > 3,21). Adapun variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan (keseluruhan)terhadap kinerja guru adalah 31,1%. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which consists of two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study was 47 people. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, so that 47 teachers were selected as the research sample. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously (overall) have a significant effect on teacher performance in Jambi City Public High School 9. Based on the results of the data it is known that the value of Fcount> Ftable (9.930> 3.21).
