Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 menmantik transformasi digital di sektor pendidikan, tetapi banyak platform pembelajaran IT masih mengalami kendala dalam navigasi, umpan balik, dan keterlibatan pengguna. Penelitian ini merancang tampilan UI/UX aplikasi Edukami mengimplementasikan metode Design Thinking dengan maksud meningkatkan pengalaman belajar. Melalui lima tahap Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi masalah utama pengguna dan mengembangkan solusi dengan desain intuitif, sistem umpan balik real-time, serta elemen gamifikasi. Pengujian menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor 80,1 (Excellent), menunjukkan bahwa desain yang diterapkan meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efektivitas pengguna. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa penerapan Design Thinking dalam UI/UX dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan keterlibatan pengguna dalam platform pembelajaran ITThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven digital transformation in education, yet many IT learning platforms struggle with navigation, feedback, and engagement. This study designs the UI/UX of Edukami using the Design Thinking method to enhance the learning experience. Through five stages—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—this study identifies key user issues and develops solutions with an intuitive design, real-time feedback, and gamification. Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) scored 80.1 (Excellent), indicating improved usability and effectiveness. The findings confirm that applying Design Thinking to UI/UX enhances user satisfaction and engagement in IT learning platform.

Abstract

Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), is a facility built by the DKI provincial government to facilitate its citizens as well as a place that is friendly to children as well as a means of playground, one of the facilities provided is a library but the library still uses manual or conventional methods in the process so that many stages are still inefficient, therefore the implementation of this library system is a good suggestion for the creation of an efficient process in the library. This system was created using PHP and MySql with the waterfall method as a guideline, the use of this method is expected to simplify and speed up the design process on the Kalimati West Jakarta RPTRA library information system. The conclusion obtained from this research is the design of a web-based library system that is easy to use in terms of interface and usage experience and to build a library system that makes it easy to collect library inventory data in the Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA).
