Abstract

Artikel ini membahas representasi gender dalam program-program televisi prime time melalui analisis konten kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana gender ditampilkan dan dibentuk dalam berbagai program televisi yang populer di masyarakat. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi stereotip gender yang muncul, peran yang dimainkan oleh karakter laki-laki dan perempuan, serta dampak dari representasi tersebut terhadap persepsi publik tentang gender. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk artikel akademis, laporan penelitian, dan analisis program televisi yang telah disiarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kemajuan dalam representasi perempuan di televisi, banyak program masih mempertahankan stereotip tradisional yang membatasi peran gender. Selain itu, representasi laki-laki juga menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk menekankan kekuasaan dan dominasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya kesadaran yang lebih besar terhadap cara media, khususnya televisi, membentuk pandangan masyarakat tentang gender. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti dan praktisi media dalam memahami dan menganalisis representasi gender di televisi, serta mendorong produksi konten yang lebih beragam dan inklusif.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in adopting e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Despite their critical role in the economy, many MSMEs struggle to adapt to digital tools due to barriers such as limited digital literacy, financial constraints, and inadequate infrastructure. The research aims to explore effective strategies for MSMEs to compete in e-commerce, using a library-based methodology that analyzes secondary data from books, journals, and reports. Findings reveal that MSMEs that successfully implement digital marketing tools experience improved visibility, sales, and customer engagement. However, financial and educational barriers remain significant. The study concludes that government support, increased digital literacy, and affordable digital solutions are essential for MSMEs to harness the potential of e-commerce and drive sustainable growth in the digital economy.

Abstract

This study examines media convergence between broadcast media and social media in the distribution of public information in the digital era. The aim of the research is to analyze changes in information distribution patterns resulting from the integration of both media systems and their impact on the speed, reach, and credibility of public information. The method used is a library research approach with a descriptive qualitative design, based on the review of relevant literature from books, journals, and previous studies. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques to identify patterns and relationships within the phenomenon of media convergence. The findings indicate that media convergence creates a hybrid communication system that accelerates information dissemination and expands public reach, while also generating challenges such as misinformation and reduced information quality control. In addition, audiences play an active role as information producers within the digital ecosystem. In conclusion, media convergence significantly transforms public communication into a more participatory system, while requiring stronger media literacy and information control to maintain information credibility.
