Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan work-life balance terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berjumlah 113 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 54 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, sedangkan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Secara simultan, beban kerja dan work-life balance berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Work-Life Balance, Produktivitas KaryawanAbstract. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work-life balance on employee productivity at the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consists of all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 113 individuals. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in a sample of 54 respondents. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity, while work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, workload and work-life balance influence employee productivity at the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province.Keywords: Workload, Work-Life Balance, Employee Productivity

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed how micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) conduct marketing activities, particularly through social media platforms. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing via TikTok in forming and expanding the business network of Klasik Lampu Hias MSMEs in Bandung. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of digital marketing activities implemented by the enterprise. The findings reveal that the use of TikTok—through visual content, storytelling of the production process, audience interaction, and live streaming features—has successfully increased sales, expanded market reach, and facilitated the development of business relationships with various stakeholders, including customers from different regions, decoration stores, and event organizers. Digital marketing functions not only as a promotional tool but also as a strategic approach to building broader and more sustainable business networks for MSMEs.
