Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Inside-Outside Circle (IOC) learning model and its effect on student learning outcomes. This Classroom Action Research was conducted over two cycles. Data collection techniques were carried out at the end of the cycle using test questions, teacher and student activity observation sheets and questionnaires. The completion of student learning outcomes in cycle I was obtained by 74% of students who completed it, while in cycle II there was an increase with a percentage of 88% in the very high criteria with 3 students who had not completed it out of 27 students. Student response to the IOC model was already excellent in Cycle I, with an overall score of 85.37%, and improved further to 88.61% in Cycle II.
