Abstract

The personality competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning outcomes has been proven by the realization of noble morals that are applied by teachers so that teachers are able to become role models for students, fellow educators and also the surrounding community. The pedagogical competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning outcomes with the management of learning by using planning, implementation and evaluation in which there are ways for teachers to understand the characteristics of students and also use learning technology as a means of supporting the learning process. The professional competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning outcomes is manifested by the existence of qualified academic qualifications and also the development of good scientific insights from the teacher. The social competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning outcomes is actualized through social activities that involve the surrounding community, being able to become a good bridge between the guardians of students and students so as to motivate students to be more active in learning. Student learning outcomes are strongly influenced by the quality and quantity of competences the teacher has in teaching.

Abstract

Kelompok sebaya dapat membawa pengaruh terhadap pembentukan perilaku peserta didik, baik itu pengaruh positif maupun pengaruh negatif. Suatu fakta yang telah dikenal banyak orang tua dan guru selama bertahun-tahun, banyak orang tua mempersepsi bahwa pengaruh teman-teman sebaya dapat memiliki dampak positif pada motivasi akademik dan kinerja anak-anak muda Karena sekolah sering menjadi situs interaksi negatif, komunitas sekolah memiliki kesempatan unik untuk intervensi yang efektif. Banyak sekolah mengembangkan program mediasi sejawat, dimana peserta didik didorong untuk menyelesaikan konflik mereka tanpa penggunaan kekerasan atau agresi. Konselor sekolah juga membentuk kelompok-kelompok sekolah untuk menangani berbagai masalah.
