Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengelolaan emosi marah melalui pendekatan integrasi antara hadis dan psikologi. Kajian ini menelaah pentingnya pengendalian emosi marah sesuai ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW dan telaah ilmiah dari perspektif psikologi untuk membangun perilaku positif dan menjaga kesehatan mental serta hubungan sosial Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research), dengan penggalian data dari berbagai literatur buku dan jurnal baik secara digital maupun manual. Data yang diperoleh melalui pencatatan, klasifikasi, dan observasi tema-tema relevan, kemudian dianalisis secara interkoneksi antara ulumul hadis dan bimbingan konseling Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa emosi marah adalah respons psikologis dan fisiologis yang memiliki dampak negatif jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, termasuk risiko kesehatan fisik dan gangguan mental serta keretakan hubungan sosial. Nabi Muhammad SAW memberikan teladan dan tata cara praktis mengendalikan marah, seperti duduk, berwudhu, berzikir, dan mengubah posisi fisik. Perspektif psikologi juga menyarankan model pengendalian emosi seperti kesadaran diri, katarsis, dan rasionalisasi. Integrasi hadis dan psikologi menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian emosi marah harmonis dapat meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan hubungan sosial yang harmonis. Kata Kunci: Integrasi; Emosi Marah; Hadits; Psikologi ABSTRACT This article aims to understand the management of angry emotions through an integrated approach between hadith and psychology. This study examines the importance of controlling angry emotions according to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and scientific studies from a psychological perspective to build positive behavior and maintain mental health and social relationships. The method used is library research, with a number of data from various literature books and journals both digitally and manually. Data obtained through recording, classification, and observation of relevant themes, then analyzed interconnectedly between the ulumul hadith and Islamic counseling guidance. The results of the study show that angry emotions are psychological and physiological responses that have negative impacts if not managed properly, including the risk of physical health and mental disorders and training social relationships. The Prophet Muhammad SAW provided an example and practical procedures for controlling anger, such as sitting, ablution, dhikr, and changing physical positions. The psychological perspective also suggests a model of emotional control such as self-awareness, catharsis, and rationalization. The integration of hadith and psychology shows that harmonious control of angry emotions can improve mental health and harmonious social relationships.
