Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dramatization of female politicians in Pariaman, West Sumatra Province, focusing on the perspective of ulama regarding their roles and contributions to local politics. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores how female politicians construct their image and identity on the political stage, as well as the challenges and support they encounter within the context of local cultural and religious norms and values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with several female politicians in the parliament, along with ulama who hold influence in the community. The findings indicate that female politicians in Pariaman utilize communication strategies that reflect Islamic values to gain legitimacy from the public. The support from ulama plays a crucial role in shaping public perception of women's involvement in politics, positively influencing societal acceptance. The study also identifies various challenges faced, including gender stigma, patriarchal norms, and structural barriers that limit the political participation of female politicians. These findings provide new insights into the interaction between gender, religion, and politics in West Sumatra, as well as the importance of dialogue between female politicians and ulama in fostering stronger support for women's roles. This research is expected to serve as a reference for policies and programs that encourage increased political participation of women at the local level, contributing to the development of gender studies within the context of Indonesian politics.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the transformation of organizational theory from classical approaches to modern and critical perspectives. Classical organizational theory emphasizes efficiency, formal structure, division of labor, and rationality in organizational management, as reflected in the ideas of thinkers such as Taylor, Fayol, and Weber. However, this approach is considered to have limitations as it pays less attention to human aspects and social dynamics within organizations. In response, modern organizational theory emerged by emphasizing the importance of human relations, open systems, and adaptation to the external environment. This approach views organizations as dynamic and complex systems influenced by interactions between individuals, groups, and their environment. Furthermore, critical organizational theory arises as a form of reflection and critique of power domination, inequality, and hidden ideologies within organizational practices. This perspective seeks to reveal power relations and promote more equitable social change within organizations. Thus, the transformation of organizational theory reflects a paradigm shift from a mechanistic approach to one that is more humanistic, adaptive, and reflective of social realities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan dinamika konflik organisasi dalam perspektif sosiologis melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Konflik organisasi diartikan sebagai suatu kondisi yang muncul ketika individu atau kelompok dalam suatu organisasi memiliki perbedaan pendapat, kepentingan, atau tujuan. Dinamika konflik organisasi ini penting untuk dikaji karena memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap individu maupun kelompok dalam organisasi tersebut. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui database Google Scholar dan Google Book dengan rentang tahun publikasi 2021-2026. Berdasarkan tahapan identifikasi, screening, eligibility, dan included studies, diperoleh sebanyak 25 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika konflik organisasi merupakan suatu keadaan yang tidak bisa dihindarkan dan selalu berubah serta berkembang, yang mana hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya perbedaan persepsi, kepentingan, atau tujuan antar anggota maupun kelompok. Jika konflik yang terjadi dalam organisasi tersebut dapat dikelola dan diatasi dengan baik, maka hal ini akan berdampak positif terhadap anggota maupun organisasinya. Sebaliknya, jika konflik yang terjadi tidak bisa dikelola dan diatasi dengan baik, maka akan berdampak negatif terhadap anggota dan organisasinya.
