Abstract

Junior Network Administrator training for SMK graduates in Cirebon Regency aims to improve skills and competencies in the field of computer networks. The program is designed as a solution to employment challenges by providing competency-based training that refers to industry standards. Training methods include theory, hands-on practice, and case studies relevant to the needs of the world of work. The program evaluation showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in managing computer networks, configuring network devices, and basic troubleshooting. In addition, participants obtained certifications that can increase their competitiveness in the job market. The training results showed that most of the participants were successful in obtaining jobs or internships in technology companies and related institutions. The success of this program is supported by cooperation between educational institutions, local governments, and the industrial sector. Challenges faced include limited facilities and participants' readiness to deal with rapid technological developments. To improve the effectiveness of the program, it is recommended to improve training facilities, update the curriculum in line with industry developments, and collaborate more closely with the private sector.

Abstract

Cybersecurity is an effort that aims to protect computer systems, networks, software, and data from various digital threats such as hacking, malware, phishing, ransomware, and other attacks that can cause both material and non-material losses. In the rapidly growing digital era, especially in educational environments such as secondary schools, awareness of the importance of cybersecurity is crucial. Students and teachers who use digital devices in the teaching and learning process are often easy targets for cyber criminals who are looking for loopholes to exploit security vulnerabilities. A basic understanding of cybersecurity needs to be instilled in students and teachers so that they can identify potential threats and implement appropriate preventive measures. This article aims to provide practical guidance in recognizing common types of cyber threats, such as phishing attacks that masquerade as legitimate sites or messages, malware that infiltrates through infected software, and ransomware attacks that encrypt data for ransom. In addition, the article also outlines a number of prevention strategies that students and teachers can implement, including the use of strong passwords, regular software updates, and managing privacy on social media. By understanding the basic concepts of cybersecurity and adopting best practices in protecting digital data and devices, it is hoped that students and teachers can reduce the risks that may arise from unsafe digital activities. Furthermore, effective cybersecurity implementation can create a safer and more conducive learning environment for all parties involved.

Abstract

Tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Samsata Tours and Travel, Jakarta Pusat. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 70 karyawan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah 70 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 24. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 10,560 > ttabel 1,995 dan signifikansi 0,000. Budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 13,263 > ttabel 1,995 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 493,136 > Ftabel 3,13 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,936 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 93,6% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Implikasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan kepemimpinan yang efektif serta penerapan budaya organisasi yang positif dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen PT Samsata Tours dan Travel Jakarta Pusat perlu meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi pimpinan, keteladanan, serta sistem penilaian kinerja, sekaligus membangun budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada hasil, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab agar mampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara optimal.
