<![CDATA[The oil palm plantation sector has high economic value as a producer of vegetable oil which is mostly used by the community. In oil palm plantation companies, the direct labor aspect involved in the production process is the oil palm harvesters. This requires increasing the productivity of palm oil harvesters to produce quality fresh fruit bunches at the mill level. This study aims to analyze and determine the qualifications of oil palm harvesters in the planting year 2009 at Division IV, Kebun Lae Butar, PT. Socfin Indonesia and the factors that influence it. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a total of 88 respondents who work as oil palm harvesters. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis. The analysis was carried out using the student test system (Ttest), simultaneous test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The variables studied were age, last education, work experience and distance traveled. The results showed that the mileage factor had a significant effect on the achievement of harvest norms. Di perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit, aspek tenaga kerja langsung yang terlibat dalam proses produksi adalah pemanen kelapa sawit. Hal ini membutuhkan peningkatan produktivitas pemanen kelapa sawit untuk menghasilkan tandan buah segar berkualitas yang sesuai dengan tingkat pabrik kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menentukan kualifikasi tenaga kerja pemanen kelapa sawit pada tahun tanam 2009 di Divisi IV, Kebun Lae Butar, PT. Socfin Indonesia dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 88 orang yang berprofesi sebagai pemanen kelapa sawit. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan dengan sistem uji student (Uji T) uji simultan (Uji F), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Adapun variable yang diteliti adalah usia, pendidikan terakhir, pengalaman bekerja dan jarak tempuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor usia, lama bekerja dan jarak tempuh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap capaian norma panen. Kata kunci: produktivitas, capaian norma, panen, kelapa sawit]]>
