Abstract

Kejahatan dunia maya sedang meningkat. Namun, tidak banyak bukti peningkatan kejahatan dunia maya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kejahatan dunia maya dan forensik digital tidak dipahami. Kesediaan untuk menghadapi kejahatan dunia maya ini dikenal sebagai kesiapan forensik digital. Berdasarkan kajian indikator dan kajian sebelumnya, dapat dirumuskan bahwa indikator kesiapan forensik digital ini meliputi strategi, kebijakan dan prosedur, teknologi dan keamanan, respon forensik digital, pengendalian dan risiko serta legalitas. Berbagai indikator tersebut dapat digunakan untuk membuat indikator yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk mencegah atau mengendalikan kejahatan dunia maya. Faktor dan indikator tersebut menghasilkan suatu nilai yang disebut Digital Forensics Readiness Index (DiFRI). DiFRI dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kesiapan lembaga dalam mencegah dan menangani kejahatan dunia maya.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged educational institutions to utilize digital systems to support administrative processes, including new student enrollment. At Pondok Pesantren Ma’had Tahfidz Qur’an Darussalam, the enrollment process was previously carried out manually, which was considered inefficient and caused difficulties for prospective students, especially those coming from outside the region. The manual process also had the potential to cause delays in data processing and irregularities in recording applicant data. Therefore, an information system is needed to support a more structured and accessible student enrollment process. This research focuses on designing a web-based new student enrollment system at Pondok Pesantren Ma’had Tahfidz Qur’an Darussalam. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, and implementation. The analysis stage was conducted to examine system requirements based on the enrollment mechanism that was previously carried out manually. The design stage focused on developing the system workflow and designing the student enrollment form. Furthermore, the system was implemented using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The resulting system supports the online new student enrollment process by providing features for student account registration, structured enrollment data entry through comprehensive question items, and applicant data management by the administrator. With the implementation of this system, the student data collection process becomes more organized and assists the boarding school in managing enrollment data more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The development of information technology requires educational institutions to provide information media that are accessible, efficient, and well structured. However, SD Negeri 1 Penyandingan does not yet have an official website, causing information dissemination to rely on manual methods that are less effective. This condition limits access to information for parents and the community. This study aims to design and develop a responsive school profile website using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to improve accessibility and the effectiveness of information delivery. The research employed a qualitative and applicative method, with data collected through interviews and observations involving school staff and parents. The UCD stages were applied, including user needs analysis, system design, and implementation. The results indicate that the developed website is able to present school information clearly, systematically, and accessibly across various devices, particularly mobile devices. The website meets user needs and aligns with the context of a rural elementary school environment. This study contributes to strengthening the application of User-Centered Design and responsive web design in the development of educational websites. Future research is recommended to develop more dynamic systems and conduct more comprehensive usability and performance testing.
