Abstract

Dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi lokal, pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi krusial sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menerapkan strategi pemberdayaan UMKM dengan fokus pada pengembangan tata kelola manajemen kesehatan di Kecamatan Kebon Pedas, Sukabumi. Pemahaman mendalam tentang keterkaitan antara pemberdayaan UMKM, tata kelola manajemen kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan keluarga menjadi inti dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi terkait implementasi tata kelola manajemen kesehatan di UMKM. Responden melibatkan pemilik UMKM, pihak terkait di bidang kesehatan, dan keluarga yang terlibat secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pengembangan tata kelola manajemen kesehatan berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Pemberdayaan ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan aspek kesehatan keluarga, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Keberhasilan implementasi strategi ini tercermin dalam peningkatan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, peningkatan pengetahuan pemilik UMKM tentang kesehatan, dan perubahan positif dalam kondisi kesehatan keluarga secara keseluruhan. Peran pemerintah daerah dan lembaga kesehatan sangat penting dalam mendukung dan memfasilitasi upaya pemberdayaan UMKM melalui manajemen kesehatan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang bagaimana strategi pemberdayaan UMKM, terutama dalam pengembangan tata kelola manajemen kesehatan, dapat menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Implikasi temuan penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merancang kebijakan, program, dan praktik terbaik dalam upaya mencapai kesejahteraan keluarga melalui pendekatan holistik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bureaucracy is a government instrument to realize efficient, effective, fair, transparent and accountable public services. This means that in order to be able to carry out government functions properly, bureaucratic organizations must be professional, responsive, and aspirational to the various demands of the community being served. The author's aim in this research is to find out how much influence the work culture and job competence have on improving medical personnel performance both partially and simultaneously at Doctor Suyoto Hospital Emergency Departement. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula, and the data analysis technique used was the linier regression analysis technique using the SPSS version 27.0 application. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the work culture and job competencet can significantly, either individually or collectively, have an influence on performance at Doctor Suyoto Hospital Emergency Departement. Based on respondents' perceptions, the work cultuten and job competence are in the good category. Likewise, the performance variable is included in the good category. Partially there is a strong and significant influence of the wor culture in improving performance, likewise job culture has a large and significant influence on performance. Taken together there is a large and significant influence of the work culture and job competence on medical personnel performance at Doctor Suyoto Hospital Emergency Departement.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide medical services and health education to students of the Minhaajurrosyidiin Islamic Boarding School and the surrounding community who have limited access to health services. This activity is motivated by the high need for basic health checks and the lack of health education in the Islamic boarding school environment. The services provided include general health checks (blood pressure, blood sugar, nutritional status), medical consultations, provision of free medicines, and health education on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), balanced nutrition, and prevention of infectious diseases. The approach methods used are promotive, preventive, and curative by involving medical personnel from various professions such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The results of the activity showed enthusiasm and active participation from more than 150 participants, both from students and residents around the Islamic boarding school. Evaluation through questionnaires and observations showed a very high level of participant satisfaction, as well as an increase in basic knowledge about health after the counseling. This activity shows the importance of collaboration between educational institutions, health workers, and the community in creating equitable access to health. It is expected that this kind of activity can be continued periodically with a wider scope and a stronger referral system, and involving internal health cadres from among the students as an effort to sustain the program.
