Abstract

Keterampilan variasi pembelajaran merupakan keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan variasi pembelajaran dan kendala dalam penerapan keterampilan variasi pembelajaran dalam upaya meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran tematik kelas II-2 di MI Salafiyah Bahauddin Ngelom, Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan objek penelitian guru dan peserta didik kelas II-2 dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 23 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peneliti merupakan instrument utama dalam melakukan penelitian yang dibantu dengan lembar observasi, hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk memperkuat penelitian. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dan diuji melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Keterampilan mengadakan variasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru sudah bervariasi seperti variasi suara, penekanan, pemberian waktu, gerakan anggota badan, mimik wajah, perubahan posisi, penggunaan media pembelajaran dan interaksi yang terjalin dengan peserta didik selama pembelajaran berlangsung (2) Kendala dalam penerapan keterampilan variasi yang dilakukan guru meliputi dari segi peserta didik, waktu yang terbatas dan sarana dan prasarana yang terbatas. Abstract

At elementary school level, especially in class V, learning science material requires in-depth understanding, so an approach is needed that takes into account each child's intelligence. In the implementation of science learning, there is an approach called the multiple intelligence approach. In implementing science learning in class V at MI Masjid Al-Akbar Surabaya, the implementation is by combining each science learning method that is appropriate to the material being taught. Learning with multiple intelligence is very appropriate to be applied to science learning. The implementation of science learning based on multiple intelligence means that every child with different intelligence can understand the material presented in science learning. There are obstacles and supporters in implementing multiple intelligence-based science learning in class V. Among these obstacles are the lack of innovation by teachers and the students' uncertain moods.
