Abstract

Ojek online berbasis internet, such as Go-jek, can make the populace more modern if theywant to be engaged and help with daily needs. Communication between drivers andpassengers might become strained during the Go-jek delivery process, which makes thesubject eager to carry out this study with the goal of understanding and describing the typeof communication used by the two main government agencies in Kota Batam. Deskriptifkualitatif is the type of analysis that is used. The information in the exhibit is relevant to theactive citizens of Kota Batam. The data collection methods used in this study are observationand interview. The conclusion of this study is that the new form of customer communicationin Kota Batam is the driver gojek application. The process of communication starts with thesender of the message contacting the receiver of the message via the Go-Jek app, afterwhich the message will be sent as a form of confirmation.
