Abstract

The role of humans as still has a big impact in every industrial action. Unlike machines that can be repaired by humans as workers, they still have limitations. Manual and repetitive work has a high risk of MSDs complaints due to manual work facilities. Tofu drying activities at the Tahu Awi Saguba UKM during tofu drying have the potential to pose a risk of MSDs because it is carried out manually, repeatedly with simple work facilities and non-ergonomic work postures. This study begins with the calculation of the NBM questionnaire. Research achievements show that there are complaints on the neck, shoulders, upper arms, back, waist, elbows, forearms, wrists and hands. The average achievement of the work risk score with REBA is 6 which is moderate and requires corrective action. In an effort to reduce this risk, a trolley rack design was carried out by implementing the EFD method. The achievements of the trolley rack design according to the ergonomic aspects, namely; ENASE. With the priority of designing a trolley rack to reduce pain in workers with weight (0.333) and a trolley rack specification target designed in harmony with worker anthropometry. Anthropometric data used during this design are TB, TSB, LB and GT.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Daun Gamal Sebagai Bokashi Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Buncis Pada Tanah Ultisol Erikson Rambe1) Rahmidiyani dan Eddy Santoso2) 1)Mahasiswa, 2)Dosen Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari dosis bokashi daun gamal yang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman buncis pada tanah ultisol. Penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan lapangan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktorial, perlakuan terdiri dari pemberian bokashi daun gamal (P) dengan enam taraf yaitu: = tanpa pemberian bokashi, = 14,54 kg/bedengan setara dengan 6 % bahan organik, = 28,37 kg/bedengan setara dengan 8 % bahan organik, = 42,20 kg/bedengan setara dengan 10 % bahan organik, = 56,03 kg/bedengan setara dengan 12 % bahan organik, = 69,86 kg/bedengan setara dengan 14 % bahan organik dengan empat kali ulangan setiap ulangan terdiri dari lima sampel tanaman. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah berat kering (g), volume akar (cm3), jumlah polong per tanaman (polong), berat polong per tanaman (g), berat polong per bedengan (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokashi daun gamal memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap berat kering tanaman, volume akar tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman, berat polong per tanaman dan berat polong per bedengan. Pemberian bokashi daun gamal dengan dosis 69,86 kg/bedengan setara dengan 14 % bahan organik memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil yang terbaik pada tanaman buncis pada tanah ultisol. This study used field experiment with one factorial randomized block design (RBD), a treatment comprising administering Bokashi Gamal leaves (P) with six levels : () = without giving bokashi, () = 14.54 kg / bed equivalent to 6% organic materials, () = 28.37 kg / bed equivalent to 8% organic materials, () = 42.20 kg / bed equivalent to 10% organic materials, () = 56.36 kg / bed equivalent to 12% organic materials, () = 69,86 kg / bed equivalent to 14% organic materials, with four replication. Each replications consisted of five samples of plants. Observed variables in the study include: dry weight (g), root volume (cm3), number of pods per plant (pods), weight of pods per plant (g), weight of pods per seedbed (g). The result show that the administration of bokashi gamal leaves has a significant effect on plant dry weight of pod weight per bed. Giving bokashi of gamal leaves with a dose of 69.86 kg / beds equivalent to 14 % of organic ingredients provide the growth and crops to ultisols. Keyword : gamal"™s leaf bokashi, bean, ultisol soil
