Abstract

This research aims to explore innovative strategies used by educational institutions to inspire an entrepreneurial spirit in students at SDN Mekar Mukti 05 Bekasi. The focus is on the strategies of educational institutions, how to implement them in increasing students' entrepreneurial spirit, and influencing factors. This research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. One of the strategies implemented is optimizing resources, especially human power, which are utilized efficiently by educational institutions. Implementation of this strategy includes student participation in entrepreneurial programs and the formation of teams with defined tasks. Supporting factors include the enthusiasm of teachers and students, as well as teacher competence in guiding and motivating students. However, the lack of interest from students is an inhibiting factor
