Abstract

Tingkat daerah masukan pendapatan yang paling banyak hanya mengandalkan dari pajak daerah, akan tetapi daerah dapat memaksimalkan beberapa tempat wisata yang ada disekitar untuk mengambil hikmah, meskipun tempat wisata tidak 75% dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, dipandang dari ekonomi islam maka semua pengelola yang ada dipendapatan daerah harus adiln bertanggung jawab dan tentunya mencapai kemaslahatan bersama serta kesejahteraan rakyat. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti memaparkan beberapa poin. a) Pengembangan objek wisata relegi asta tinggi. b)Faktor pendorong objek wisata relegi asta tinggi. c) Faktor yang mendorong dan penghambat dalam pengembangan wisata relegi asta tinggi di kabupaten sumenep d) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kabupaten sumenep dalam mengembangkan objek wisata relegi asta tinggi. e) Analisis sumber data wisata relegi asta tinggi di kabupaten sumenep.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education at Pondok Pesantren Ainul Falah Bakiong Guluk-Guluk Sumenep, focusing on the concept of character education, its implementation through pesantren regulations, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered. The main problem underlying this research is the challenge of shaping students’ character in the modern era, which is heavily influenced by technology and social change. Therefore, a consistent character education model based on religious values is required. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects include the pesantren caretakers, teachers, students, and parents. Data were collected through observation of pesantren activities, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the regulations and pesantren archives. Data analysis was carried out using Miles & Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that character education at Pondok Pesantren Ainul Falah is implemented through regulations, role modeling by teachers, as well as habituation of religious practices and social activities. Core values fostered include honesty, discipline, responsibility, cleanliness, and politeness. Supporting factors consist of the exemplary role of caretakers, pesantren culture, and parental support. The inhibiting factors involve technological influence, diverse family backgrounds, and limited facilities, which are addressed through digital literacy programs, personal counseling, and facility improvement. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak yang dialami oleh generasi melinial terhadap biayaperniakahan yang mahal serta faktor yang memengaruhi terhadap mahalnya biaya pernikahantersebut cara mengatasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitan lapangan (field research)dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data ditunjukkan dalam bentuk deskripsi terhadapfakta-fakta yang ditemukan di lapangan melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan dokumtasi terhadabeberapa sumber, baik yang jenisnya primer maupun sekunder. Hasilnya dala penelitian inimenyebutkan, bahwa jikaa mengikuti aturan perundang-undangan, biaya akad nikah tersebut gratisdan hanya dikenakan Rp.600.000 apabila dilangsngkan di luar KUA sebagai uang profesi dantransportasi. Namun budaya, gengsi dan mahalnya bahan pokok menjadi faktor terhadap mahalnyaprosesi pernikahan saat ini, sehingga keadaan tersebut memunculkan kekhawatiran terhadapgenerasi melinial untuk segera memutuskan untuk menikah, namun hal tersebut dapat diselesaikandengan berkomunikasi antar keluarga mempelai, sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya pernikahan.Kata Kunci : Pernikahan, Biaya Nikah, Generasi Melinial AbstractThis study aims to determine the impact experienced by the millennial generation due to the high costof weddings, as well as the factors influencing these high costs and how to overcome them. Thisresearch is a field study using a descriptive qualitative approach, where data is presented in the formof descriptions of facts found in the field through observation, interviews, and documentation fromboth primary and secondary sources. The results of this study indicate that, according to legalregulations, the cost of a marriage ceremony is actually free if conducted at the Office of ReligiousAffairs (KUA) and only incurs a fee of IDR 600,000 if held outside the KUA, which is allocated forprofessional services and transportation. However, cultural factors, social prestige, and the rising costof basic necessities contribute to the increasing cost of wedding ceremonies. This situation createsconcerns among millennials about deciding to get married. Nevertheless, this issue can be addressedthrough effective communication between the families of both partners, which can help reducewedding expenses.Keywords: Marriage, Wedding Costs, Millennial Generation
