Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pencatatan laporan persediaan barang di Dinas Sosial P3AKB Bondowoso melalui penggunaan program Sistem Barang Persediaan (SIBAPER). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melaluhi hasil Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan Studi Pustaka. SIBAPER berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan persediaan. Software berbasis website ini membantu dalam mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses pengolahan data, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan konsistensi laporan persediaan. Dengan demikian, implementasi SIBAPER terbukti efektif dalam mendukung operasional pencatatan persediaan barang Dinas Sosial P3AKB Bondowoso.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational concepts and values ​​contained in Surah al-Saff and their relevance to the educational context in Indonesia. The study uses a qualitative approach with library research and thematic interpretation methods. Primary data are verses of Surah al-Saff and their interpretations in Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir al-Maraghi, and Tafsir al-Mishbah, while secondary data are obtained from Islamic education literature, character education, and national education policies. The results show that Surah al-Saff contains key educational values, namely integrity between words and deeds, collective discipline and order, commitment to truth, transcendental orientation, and the spirit of cooperation and sacrifice. These values ​​have strong relevance to educational challenges in Indonesia, particularly in strengthening character education and religious moderation. Surah al-Saff emphasizes the importance of role models, consistency of values, and synergy of all educational elements in shaping students who are faithful, have noble character, and are socially responsible. It is hoped that this research can provide a theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic education that is contextual and rooted in the values ​​of the Koran. This study also enriches the treasures of Al-Qur'an studies in the perspective of contemporary Indonesian national education.

Abstract

The focus of this study is: (1) how the SIBAPER system is implemented in recording inventory goods at DINSOS P3AKB of Bondowoso Regency; (2) how the Inventory Goods System improves the effectiveness of financial report recording at DINSOS P3AKB of Bondowoso Regency; and (3) the constraints encountered in implementing the Inventory Goods System at DINSOS P3AKB of Bondowoso Regency. The objectives of the study are directed to: (1) identify how the Inventory Goods System SIBAPER  is implemented at DINSOS P3AKB of Bondowoso Regency; (2) examine how the Inventory Goods System SIBAPER enhances the effectiveness of financial report recording at DINSOS P3AKB of Bondowoso Regency; and (3) identify the constraints in the implementation of the Inventory Goods System SIBAPER at DINSOS P3AKB of Bondowoso Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The research informants consisted of system operators, financial staff, and the head of the goods management sub-division, who are directly involved in inventory management. The conclusions of this study reveal that the implementation of SIBAPER has a positive impact in the form of improved accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in inventory recording. These conditions contribute to the preparation of more accountable financial reports. However, there are still obstacles, including limited user competencies, a lack of technical training, and resistance to the adoption of new technologies, which reduce the overall effectiveness of the system.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a strategic national agenda aimed at strengthening civic character and preventing radicalism within educational settings. The integration of moderate values into the Islamic Education (PAI) curriculum is expected to cultivate inclusive and tolerant attitudes among students. However, its implementation continues to encounter conceptual and pedagogical challenges that reduce the effectiveness of value internalization. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of religious moderation implementation in the PAI curriculum and to propose a more contextual and applicable curriculum reconstruction model. This research employs a qualitative approach based on library research, analyzing national policy documents and reviewing empirical studies published within the last five years. No primary field data were collected. Data were examined using content analysis and thematic synthesis to identify implementation patterns, challenges, and opportunities for curriculum improvement.The findings reveal that the implementation of religious moderation in the PAI curriculum remains largely normative and top-down, lacking clear operational pedagogical guidelines and insufficiently supported by teacher capacity development in managing diversity-oriented learning. In addition, school ecosystems that are not yet fully inclusive and limited student digital literacy further hinder the authentic internalization of moderate values.The study concludes that curriculum reconstruction is necessary through strengthening socio-religious competencies, applying dialogical pedagogy, integrating digital literacy, and adopting a whole-school approach to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of religious moderation in the national education system.
