Abstract

This take a look at explores the role of ethics support mechanisms in fostering accountable and ethical organizational cultures within the context of commercial enterprise management. Through a comprehensive evaluation of literature and descriptive information analyses, the study examines the perceptions of employees concerning moral management behaviors and the general moral climate within organizations. The findings underscore the significance of moral management, codes of conduct, whistleblowing mechanisms, education packages, and awareness campaigns in shaping organizational cultures that prioritize integrity, transparency, and accountability.
