Abstract

Students learning achievements at school will certainly not be separated from family interference, especially significant others, namely father and mother. Family is the smallest group of human life which generally consists of father, mother and children. The role of parents in parenting is very influential for children. Not only mothers, father figures are also very important in terms of parenting. Not only is he obliged to earn a living and meet living expenses, fathers also have a role and obligation to educate their children. The absence of the father's role referred to here is the physical and psychological absence in the child's life. Known by the terms fatherless, father absence, father loss or father hunger. The physical absence of a father's role can be caused by death, departure, divorce, and other family problems. Fatherlessness is the absence of a father's role and figure in a child's life. Because we know that fatherlessness has a big influence on children's psychology, which can result in children becoming often moody, having difficulty concentrating, which ultimately results in their learning achievement decreasing

Abstract

Everyone has different levels of self-confidence. A person who has high self-confidence will have positive feelings towards himself. People who have high self-confidence are not actually people who feel capable, but people who know that they are capable based on calculations and experience. Vice versa, someone with low self-confidence will have negative feelings about themselves, like to close themselves off, lack courage, have weak confidence in themselves, and will always be haunted by fear of everything. A child's potential will develop well if it is supported by a good sense of self-confidence in the child. The method used in this socialization was a lecture, where the subjects were fifth grade students at SD N 1 Dibal. This socialization aims to determine the child's level of self-confidence and increase the child's self-confidence so that it can support teaching and learning activities at school.

Abstract

Untuk beroperasi, sumber daya manusia penting bagi setiap bisnis untuk membantu mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Karyawan berpengaruh pada kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, jadi mereka harus dikelola, dijaga, dan dipertahankan. Jika karyawan tidak dikelola dengan benar dan efektif, akan banyak masalah muncul yang bersumber dari karyawan, dan berdampak mengurangi kinerja Perusahaan. Jumlah stres yang dialami oleh karyawan sebagai akibat dari kurangnya perhatian perusahaan terhadap karyawannya dapat dilihat dari tingkat stress yang mereka alami saat bekerja, yang kemungkinan akan mempengaruhi keinginan karyawan untuk turnover intention. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari tahu adakah hubungan antara stres kerja dan turnover intention pada karyawan PT.Ciomas Adisatwa unit Pabelan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif, di sertai non-probability sampling merupakan metode untuk pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, dengan metode anccidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berbentuk kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert, serta analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi pearson (Product Momen) dengan programStatistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 29 metode uji korelasi pearson (Product Momen).
