Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara workplace wellbeing dengan intensi turnover karyawan PT XY Surabaya Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakkan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 470 karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan 146 orang dengan rincian 46 karyawan digunakan untuk tryout dan 100 karyawan digunakan untuk penelitian dengan beberapa kriteria. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada lima divisi yaitu divisi produksi, obras, desain, quality control dan staff HR.Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan melibatkan karyawan yang secara langsung. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan Pearson Product Momen Correlation. Berdasarkan uji korelasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi -0,437(r = -0,437) hasil signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000 (P<0,05) sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel workplace wellbeing dengan intensi turnover. hasil tersebut menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara variabel workplace wellbeing dengan intensi turnover , Berdasarkan nilai yang muncul terdapat tanda negatif yang menunjukkan arah hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat memiliki hubungan yang searah. Kata Kunci : intensi turnover, workplace wellbeing, karyawan Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between worplace wellbeing and the turnover intentionof employee PT XY Surabaya. The research method used was quantitative methods. The instrument use a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research technique used is purposive sampling by involving employees who work in the company. The population in this study was 470 employees. The sample in this study involved 146 people with details of 46 employees used for tryouts and 100 employees used to experience with the characteristic. This research was conducted in five divisions, namely the production division, sales design, quality control and HR Staff. This research data analysis technique using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Based on the correlation test conducted, it shows the significan -0,437 (r= -0.437) the significance result obtained is 0.000(P<0,05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the workplace wellbeing variable and turnover intention. Based on the value that appears, there is a negative sign indicating the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable has a unidirectional relationship.
