Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi kepemimpinan otokratis dengan workplace well-being pada karyawan di PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling total. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan ialah korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisa korelasi product moment yang menunjukkan koefisien korelasi antara persepsi kepemimpinan otokratis dengan workplace well-being sebesar r= -0,377 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,040 (p<0,05) yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi kepemimpinan otokratis dengan workplace well-being dengan bentuk hubungan negatif dan tingkat korelasi yang rendah artinya semakin tinggi persepsi kepemimpinan otokratis maka semakin rendah workplace well-being yang dirasakan karyawan. Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of authoritative leadership and workplace well-being of employees at PT X. This study uses a total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the product moment correlation analysis which shows the correlation coefficient between the perception of autocratic leadership and workplace well-being of r= -0.377 with a significance value of 0.040 (p<0.05) which indicates a significant relationship between perceptions of autocratic leadership and workplace well-being with a negative relationship and a low level of correlation means that the higher the perception of autocratic leadership, the lower the employee's perceived workplace well-being.
