Abstract

Penelitian survey ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja pemasaran pendidikan nonformal. Penelitianini dilakukan didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa penyelenggaraan kegiatan pemasaran perlu dilakukansecara integratif dengan mekanisme yang terarah, efektif, efesien, dan akuntabel. Subyek penelitian iniadalah Lembaga Penyelenggara Kursus (LPK) yang ditentukan secara purposive. Pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket tervalidasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemasaran program PNF belum optimal dimana masihterdapat aspek pemasaran yang dalam kategori rendah yaitu kegiatan penyampaian program danpenetapan harga atau dana. Hal ini akibat pengaruh dari kendala yang dihadapi baik internal lembagaseperti warga belajar kurang aktif dan perubahan kurikulum maupun eksternal lembaga sepertikejenuhan cakupan, kerja sama yang minim dan minimnya pendanaan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatankemampuan lembaga pendidikan nonformal (LPK) dapat membaca dan mengembangkan programmasing-masing yang terbekali.

Abstract

There are many philosophers in the world gave his/her influences to development ofeducational world, whith difference of their thinking chacteristic. One of who emerged in early 20thcentury is Alfred North Whitehead. His thought viewed that the human are a creature whichindependently regulate her/his self in process of interaction with others in which is no domination. Histhought has directed educational practices both on teaching and learning and on educationalmanagement in order to be run well and goal oriented. The main focus is leaner viewed as individu whomust be developed humanizely.

Abstract

This article try to explain conception of learning in educational process. It is important to explorethe conception in order to get good understanding of the meaning which is useful for teachers and othereducators, hopefully they could be good teachers, e.g. they can do teaching learning proses well byapplication the right concept of learning. As known, there are many cases in our education system whichdescribes problems on achieving quality of human resources especially low spirit of learning in ourcountry which must be overcome.

Abstract

The use of language in an educational process provides effect to the personality of thelearner. A good language will facilitate substance of education, understood and internalizedby learners. Similarly, teachers who speak politely will lead to the happy feeling forstudents to involve in education. Thus, it is a must in an educational environment; thecommunication process is built based on the truth instead of mendacious communication,without meaninglesness.
