Abstrak. Keterlaksanaan layanan bimbingan konseling dengan baik akan mewujudkan ketercapaian visi dan misi sekolah, dikarenakan sebahagian dari layanan berorientasi pada visi dan misi sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari program bimbingan konseling di SMP Al UMM Smart Center, dengan cara mengetahui bagaimana guru bimbingan konseling mengadministrasikan layanan bimbingan konseling kepada siswa, mengungkap beberapa implikasi bimbingan konseling terpenting bagi siswa dan mengungkap tema umum yang sering dibahas guru bimbingan konseling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif. Subjek utama pada penelitian ini adalah guru BK serta siswa dan guru mata pelajaran lainnya yang menjadi subjek pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang diperoleh, kemudian di deskripsikan dalam laporan penelitian secara rinci. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa guru BK di SMP Al UMM Smart Centre telah melakukan pelayanan BK dengan baik, serta dalam memberikan bimbingan guru BK menyarankan untuk membaca Al-Qur’an, murojaah dan menyetor hafalan tahfizhnya, untuk siswa yang melakukan kesalahan seperti jarang datang ke sekolah atau terlambat datang mereka harus menyetor hafalannya pada guru bimbingan konseling dan guru bimbingan konseling memberikan nasehat agar meminimalisir catatan masalah. The good implementation of counseling services will realize the achievement of the school's vision and mission, because some of the services are oriented towards the school's vision and mission. The purpose of this research is to study the guidance counseling program at Junior high school Al UMM Smart Center, by knowing how guidance counseling teachers administer counseling services to students, uncovering some of the most important implications of guidance counseling for students, and uncovering common themes that are often discussed by guidance counseling teachers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The main subjects in this study were counseling teachers as well as students and other subject teachers who were the supporting subjects. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Analysis of the data obtained, then described in a detailed research report. The results of the study showed that the guidance and counseling teachers at Junior high school Al UMM Smart Center had performed counseling services well, and in providing guidance the counseling teachers suggested reading the Al-Qur’an, murojaah and depositing their tahfizh memorization, for students who made mistakes such as rarely coming to school. school or arriving late they have to deposit their memorization with the counseling guidance teacher and the counseling guidance teacher gives advice so that the problem notes are minimized.
