<![CDATA[ENThe aim of this research is to examine the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model to learning outcomes in the human excretion system subject on eight grader in Boyolali. The method used is purposive sampling. The sample used was classes VIII C and VIII B, totaling 68 students. The data collection technique used was an observation sheet. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research indicate that the use of the STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) learning model in terms of learning outcomes is quite effective. The results of the N-gain score test on the learning outcomes of the experimental class were 0.6 and the control class was 0.5, which was included in the medium category. The average score in the learning outcomes research obtained by the experimental class was 81.3, so it can be concluded that the use of the STAD learning model is very effective for learning outcomes. IDTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Sistem ekskresi pada manusia di kelas VIII MTsN di Boyolali tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VIII C dan VIII B yang berjumlah 68 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) dilihat dari hasil belajar cukup efektif. Hasil uji N-gain score pada hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 0,6 dan kelas kontrol 0,5 yang termasuk kategori sedang. Rata-rata nilai pada penelitian hasil belajar didapatkan kelas eksperimen sebesar 81,3 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sangat efektif penggunaan model pembelajaran STAD terhadap hasil belajar.]]>
