Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini penting dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi kemiskinan ekstrem di Desa Pakandangan Tengah melalui peningkatan kualitas dan daya saing batik tulis Madura, yang menjadi potensi unggulan desa. Program ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi inovatif dan memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat, mendukung transformasi ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal, serta sejalan dengan prioritas pembangunan desa dan arah strategis perguruan tinggi dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan hardskill dan softskill mitra guna mendukung keberlanjutan usaha batik di desa.Peningkatan hardskill meliputi penguasaan teknologi tepat guna, seperti mesin pelorot malam, untuk efisiensi dan kualitas produksi batik. Selain itu, mitra dilatih mengelola pemasaran digital melalui e-marketing, website, dan media sosial guna memperluas pasar. Penerapan manajemen keuangan digital secara efektif juga menjadi fokus, memastikan transparansi dan keberlanjutan usaha. Di sisi softskill, kegiatan ini bertujuan mengembangkan kreativitas desain batik dan konten digital, memperkuat komunikasi, kerja sama, serta kesadaran akan inovasi, efisiensi, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Berbagai metode diterapkan, seperti praktik mesin pelorot malam, pelatihan teknologi produksi, dan pendampingan pendaftaran hak cipta desain pada Mitra Bunga Seroja. Untuk Mitra Al-Qomar, kegiatan meliputi pelatihan e-marketing, digitalisasi branding, dan pengelolaan keuangan digital. Evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan. Penguasaan mesin pelorot malam meningkat dari 0% menjadi 100%, sedangkan penggunaan e-marketing melalui website meningkat dari 0% menjadi 85%. Hasil ini menunjukkan keberhasilan program dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mitra secara substansial untuk menghadapi tantangan pasar dan memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi mereka secara berkelanjutan.Abstract: This activity is essential to address extreme poverty in Pakandangan Tengah Village by enhancing the quality and competitiveness of Madura hand-drawn batik, a local flagship product. The program aims to apply innovative technology and strengthen community capacity, supporting economic transformation based on local wisdom while aligning with village development priorities and the strategic direction of universities in community service. The primary goal is to improve the hardskills and softskills of partners to sustain the batik business in the village. Hardskill improvements include mastering appropriate technology, such as wax-removing machines, to enhance production efficiency and batik quality. Additionally, partners are trained to manage digital marketing through e-marketing, websites, and social media to expand their market reach. Effective digital financial management practices are also emphasized to ensure transparency and business sustainability. On the softskill side, the activities aim to develop creativity in batik design and digital content creation, strengthen communication and teamwork skills, and raise awareness of innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in business management.Various methods were implemented, such as practicing the use of wax-removing machines, training on production technology, and assisting in copyright registration for batik designs with the Bunga Seroja group. For the Al-Qomar Cooperative, activities included training, mentoring, and practicing e-marketing, digital branding, and digital financial management. Evaluations using pre-test and post-test questionnaires showed significant improvements. Mastery of the wax-removing machine increased from 0% to 100%, while the use of e-marketing through the Al-Qomar website rose from 0% to 85%. These results demonstrate the program's success in substantially enhancing the skills of partners to face market challenges and improve their economic conditions sustainably.
