Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai institusi pelayanan kesehatan menghadapi berbagai risiko yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan pasien, staf, pengunjung, hingga kelangsungan operasional organisasi. Manajemen risiko menjadi strategi penting untuk meminimalkan insiden keselamatan pasien dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji literatur terkait implementasi manajemen risiko di rumah sakit, menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka berbasis kerangka PICO. Artikel dikumpulkan dari basis data Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, dan Springer dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian empiris berbahasa Indonesia atau Inggris tahun 2021–2025. Dari 126 artikel yang ditemukan, 8 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen risiko memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan, keselamatan pasien, efisiensi operasional, serta kinerja rumah sakit secara umum. Namun, berbagai tantangan masih dihadapi, seperti kurangnya pelatihan, dukungan organisasi, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan komitmen manajemen, komunikasi efektif, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk menunjang keberhasilan program manajemen| risiko| di rumah sakit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinant factors related to the compliance of Diabetes Mellitus patients in participating in Prolanis activities in the working area of ​​the Paciran Community Health Center, Lamongan Regency. This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge, motivation, family support, support from health workers, and ease of access to health services were significantly related to patient compliance in participating in Prolanis activities. Multivariate analysis showed that family support was the most dominant factor influencing patient compliance, followed by motivation and level of knowledge. In contrast, age and gender characteristics did not show a significant relationship with patient compliance. The compliance of Diabetes Mellitus patients in participating in Prolanis activities was influenced by various factors, especially family support, motivation, and level of knowledge.
