Abstract

The implementation of the cooperative learning model of the team games tournament (TGT) type using learning games media is one solution to overcome the problems of tedious learning chemistry. The study aimed to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes of hydrocarbons in the first Experimental class (I) by using Crossword Puzzle media and the second Experimental class (II) by using Chemopoly media. This study used an experimental method with a pre-experimental design. The sample was taken using techniques of cluster random sampling retrieved from 2 classes. First Experimental class (I), XI-4 using cooperative learning model in the type of TGT which is equipped with crossword puzzles and Experiments Class II, XI-5 using cooperative learning model in the type of TGT which is equipped by Chemopoly. Data collected was used to test techniques and analysis of the data using an unpaired t-test. The results showed that Crossword Puzzle media gained higher learning outcomes than Chemopoly media usage. In Experiment, I class there were 10 students (38.46%) with very good qualifications and 16 students (61.54%) with good qualifications. Meanwhile, in the Experiment II class, there were 5 students (19.23%) with very good qualifications, 18 students (69.23%) with good qualifications, and 3 students (11.54%) with moderate qualifications.

Abstract

Distance Training (PJJ) has become one of the training trends after the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia. PJJ utilizes the Learning Management System (LMS) as a learning medium. Therefore, the researcher developed a BAPAU (Distance Training Handbook) for Ambon BDK Employees which explains in detail how to use the LMS, the functions of the features in the LMS and how to use them. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. 5 stages in the ADDIE model, namely the stages of Analysis (Analyze), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implement) and the last stage, namely Evaluation (Evaluation). Based on the results of the development research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the BAPAU for Ambon BDK Employees is very appropriate to use as a guide for PJJ.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate classical training (regular training and training in work areas) held by BDK Ambon using the level 1 and level 2 Kirkpatrick models. MTs in the Aru Islands. Based on the results of the Level 1 Evaluation, showed a positive reaction from the training participants with an average participant rating of regular training providers of 94.21 and 95.88 for training in the work area. The training participants were satisfied with the performance of the Ambon BDK training organizers. The highest score is in the aspect of participation in the determination of participants, namely 96.79 for regular training and 97.36 for training in work areas. Furthermore, the participant's assessment of the trainer showed an overall average score of 95.98 for regular training at BDK Ambon and 96.98 for training in work areas. These results indicate that the participants consider that the trainers is very competent, the training environment is very comfortable, and the methods used are effective in delivering training materials. Furthermore, based on the results of the level 2 evaluation regarding learning, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in knowledge, skills, and attitudes after attending the training. It can be ensured that training alumni not only have theoretical knowledge but are also able to apply it in practice. This can be seen from the training products in the form of learning videos, interactive quizzes, and learning blogs as well as Google Classroom as learning media made by participants during the training.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of integrating Wordwall and Quizizz to enhance teachers’ skills and productivity in creating interactive quizzes. An initial survey of participants from the first distance learning multimedia training cohort revealed that 100% had never used either application. Consequently, this study was structured to guide teachers in creating accounts, designing interactive quizzes, and simulating the use of both platforms. The research follows a qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive surveys, observations, and interviews. The sample includes 30 teachers from various districts and cities in Maluku and North Maluku, who participated in six days of online training. The research was carried out in three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Results indicated that 80% of participants successfully created interactive quizzes using Wordwall and Quizizz, while the remaining 20% gained an understanding of their use. Implementing interactive quizzes in the classroom made a more dynamic and engaging learning environment, boosting participants’ enthusiasm and motivation—the wide range of templates available on both platforms allowed for the quick and innovative creation of quizzes. In conclusion, integrating Wordwall and Quizizz significantly improves teachers’ skills and productivity, positively impacting the learning experience.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Pancasila values and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia within the Basic Training Program for Civil Servant Candidates (LATSAR CPNS) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs through state-defense action plans and participants’ actualization projects. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research involved 68 Grade III civil servant candidates in Maluku and North Maluku Provinces. Data were collected through document analysis of actualization reports, interviews, observations, and supporting training documents. The findings reveal that the implementation of Pancasila and constitutional values was manifested through five forms of state-defense action plans: strengthening operational discipline, promoting national insight and religious moderation, fostering administrative integrity, implementing pro-social service initiatives, and developing collaborative initiatives. The innovation products generated by participants were categorized into five groups: digital learning media, digital systems and applications, standard operating procedure (SOP) guidebooks and booklets, administrative service models, and community-based programs. The analysis indicates that Pancasila and constitutional values function not merely as normative principles but also as practical references that guide the development of innovations aimed at improving service quality, strengthening organizational governance, and addressing workplace challenges. The impacts of these innovations were reflected in enhanced institutional efficiency, improved accessibility and quality of public services, and increased public awareness of national values and religious moderation. This study demonstrates that LATSAR CPNS serves as an effective mechanism for translating national and constitutional values into contextual innovation practices, thereby contributing to the development of professional, integrity-driven, and service-oriented civil servants.
