Abstract

Virus Corona (Covid-19) berlangsung selama 3 tahun (2019-2022) kebijakan physical distancing sebagai upaya memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19 yang berdampak pada pola pembatasan aktivitas manusia dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan, salah satunya yaitu pada bidang Pendidikan. Perkuliahan Luring menggantikan perkuliahan daring yang menimbulkan peralihan/adaptasi. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan (FPOK) Jurusan Ilmu Keolahragaan (IKOR) Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 dan mengetahui landasan untuk perbaikan yang diperlukan pada penyelenggaraan perkuliahan dan pendidikan pada bidang keolahragaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif berbentuk quisioner, kemudian sample yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Ilmu Keolahragaan UPI. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pasca pandemi covid-19 perkuliahan luring sangat diperlukan oleh mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Ilmu Keolahragaan untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan non akademik, dengan demikian perlu nya perubahan pergerakan metode pembelajaran seperti perubahan dalam model pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh dosen, seperti Pengembangan Konten Interaktif, Dosen Pelatihan, Pemanfaatan Platform Pembelajaran Online, dan Penelitian dan Pengembangan.

Abstract

Power is one of the important factors in rowing. Rowing athletesathletes need good leg power to push the oars strongly and quickly. Weight training is one of the training methods that can increase leg power. This study aims to determine the effect of weight training on leg power for rowing athletes. This research uses experimental method with a two group pretest posttest research design. Population The study population was male rowing athletes at the rowing club in Bandung. Sample The research sample was 13 athletes who were divided into two groups, namely the treatment group (6 athletes) and the control group (7 athletes). Treatment group (6 athletes) and control group (7 athletes). The treatment group was given weight training for 8 weeks, while the control group was given no weight training. Training without weight training. Measurement of leg power is done before and after treatment using the vertical jump test. The results showed that there is a significant effect of weight training on leg power. Limbs of rowing athletes. The treatment group's leg power value increased significantly after significantly after being given treatment, while the limb power value of the control group did not increase significantly. Because the treatment group and control group still do ergometer rowing exercises that use the legs. Limbs. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that weight training can increase the leg power of rowing athletes.

Abstract

Humans live with hundreds of complex immune systems with hundreds of components that support and work together to protect each other's members and body functions. To maintain health, humans need to increase self-awareness in carrying out physical activities. Physical fitness is a person's main point in achieving optimal health, when health and exercise are balanced, their involvement will be mutually beneficial, the results of persistent exercise can increase a number of positive things in the body, for example, when humans are experiencing a lot of stress, psychological health can reduce brain function, however exercise will improve the performance of brain function and the body's immune system, of course it will eliminate stress, not only that, exercise can reduce cholesterol levels in the body, exercise is not about lifting heavy equipment and physical activities that are full of stress, but exercise can be simplified by brisk walking, exercise, running and cycling. The results of a person's physical training will definitely experience significant differences, depending on the time and habits of the individual in training their physical body. Because the more frequently and regularly you exercise, the higher your individual productivity and fitness will be. So the aim of this research is to find out how important the influence of sport is on the health of students at the Faculty of Sports and Arts Education.
