Abstract

The end of the pandemic is a new chapter for villages to restore economic activities. Campakamulya Village is one of the villages in Cimaung District, Bandung Regency, West Java, which has a lot of potential that can be developed. One of them is the famous Puntang coffee, which is proven to be the best coffee in the world. However, currently, development tends to be stagnant and has not been able to increase the income of Campakamulya Village. To overcome this stagnation, community leaders need to find a platform and explore strategies to increase village regional development by leveraging the unique qualities of local products and optimizing village assets that can create sustainable economic opportunities for residents and enhance the overall livelihood of the community. The platform could facilitate workshops and training for local artisans, encouraging them to showcase their crafts and skills for the market. This research applies an approach method of workshop using tools and templates being prepared. The results of the analysis show the village needs development direction to manage its assets, which is oriented towards added value for changes in land use; assistance for village-owned business entities in branding their superior village products; and updating all the information on social media for marketing.
