Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of studies that focus on the concept of independent learning in Indonesia in the period 2015-2025. Through the collection and analysis of Google Scholar database data, this study identifies research development trends, emerging main themes, and collaboration patterns between researchers. This study uses the Publish or Perish reference manager application to retrieve the Google Scholar database in order to fulfill research data and the VOS viewer application is used to visualize and evaluate future directions in research. The results show 500 relevant articles. The results of the analysis show an increase in the number of publications over time, with a primary focus on aspects such as school autonomy, student participation, learning innovation, and policy evaluation. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the contribution of research to Exploring Local Wisdom Values in the Kumpul Sanak Tradition.

Abstract

The Purpose Of This Study Is To Determine The Influence Of The Dividend Policy And The Independent Board Of Commissioners On Financial Performance In Manufacturing Companies In The Food And Beverage Sub-Sector Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange For The Period 2020 – 2023. The Population In This Study Is All Manufacturing Companies In The Food And Beverage Sub-Sector Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange For The 2020-2023 Period. The Method Used In This Study Is A Quantitative Method. The Sample Used In This Study Is 16 Companies. In This Study, The Data Analysis Method Uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Using IBM SPSS 26. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that dividend policy has a negative effect on financial performance. the board of commissioners has a positive effect on financial performance. The Results Of This Study Show That Dividend Policies And Independent Boards Of Commissioners Have An Effect On Financial Performance. Abstract

Dalam pengangkutan batubara dari tambang ke pelabuhan, pengangkutan batubara di Muara Jambi membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi provinsi. Namun, tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan truk batubara merupakan masalah besar bagi industri transportasi ini. Undang-undang seperti Perda Nomor 13 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengaturan Pengangkutan Batubara dan pembatasan jam operasional telah diberlakukan, kendala utama masih terkait dengan pengawasan dan pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan transportasi batubara di wilayah Muaro Jambi, khususnya di daerah Mendalo, yang menyebabkan meningkatnya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas serta kerusakan infrastruktur jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi guna memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang kondisi sosial, infrastruktur, dan perilaku pengemudi dalam proses pengangkutan batubara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab kecelakaan meliputi kelalaian sopir, kondisi kendaraan yang kurang layak, kerusakan jalan, serta lemahnya penegakan hukum dan pengawasan di lapangan.
