Abstract

Innovations in learning management not only play a role in improving students' academic skills but also prepare them to face challenges outside the school environment. By utilizing digital technology and interactive learning methods, students can be more engaged and motivated in the teaching and learning process, which in turn improves learning outcomes. This study aims to explore the impact of student-focused learning innovations, the use of new technologies, and increasing community collaboration on learning. Some approaches, such as project-based learning and flipped classrooms, allow students to develop critical thinking skills, problem solving, and creativity, as well as develop social and emotional skills through collaborative learning. The use of technology also provides fluidity in the learning process and allows teachers to integrate student progress in real-time, so they can adjust the learning approach to individual needs. In addition, innovations in learning management also increase parental involvement in supporting students' academic and emotional development. These innovations overall contribute to the development of skills relevant to the demands of the world of work, such as communication, leadership, and teamwork, which prepare students to face global challenges in the future. This study suggests that educational institutions continue to adopt and develop innovative approaches that can prepare young people to remain competitive in a world full of change and new opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (TQM) dalam lembaga pendidikan dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa TQM, yang melibatkan keterlibatan seluruh pihak, pengembangan budaya kerja kolaboratif, dan evaluasi yang transparan, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara signifikan. Keterlibatan aktif semua elemen pendidikan, termasuk siswa, tenaga pendidik, kepala sekolah, dan masyarakat, berperan penting dalam menciptakan rasa tanggung jawab bersama terhadap mutu pendidikan. TQM juga mendorong kolaborasi lintas fungsi dan pengembangan standar mutu yang jelas untuk memfasilitasi evaluasi berkelanjutan. Meskipun demikian, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi TQM, seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang konsep TQM, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan keterbatasan sumber daya, memerlukan komitmen dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Selain itu, kemitraan dengan pihak eksternal, termasuk lembaga pendidikan tinggi dan sektor industri, dapat memperkaya implementasi TQM dengan memberikan perspektif baru, pelatihan, dan sumber daya tambahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan, penerapan TQM dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menjadikannya lebih relevan, adaptif, dan kompetitif di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran manajemen keuangan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis pada perusahaan startup. Manajemen keuangan yang efektif, termasuk pengelolaan arus kas, likuiditas, dan strategi pembiayaan yang tepat, menjadi kunci untuk menghadapi tantangan finansial dan operasional. Penggunaan teknologi keuangan modern, seperti perangkat lunak akuntansi berbasis cloud dan analitik data, memberikan visibilitas yang lebih baik terhadap kondisi keuangan dan memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat serta efisien. Selain itu, startup yang mampu mengelola risiko keuangan dan mendiversifikasi sumber pendanaan, seperti modal ventura dan angel investors, dapat memperkuat posisi mereka dalam menghadapi volatilitas pasar dan ketidakpastian ekonomi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang untuk mempersiapkan startup menghadapi siklus ekonomi yang berubah dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada pendanaan eksternal. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi startup dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen keuangan mereka untuk mencapai keberlanjutan bisnis yang lebih baik dan daya saing yang lebih kuat di pasar global yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) plays a pivotal role in addressing global challenges such as climate change, environmental degradation, and social inequality. The integration of ESD into science curricula is essential as science education provides the foundation for understanding natural phenomena and the relationship between humans and the environment. This paper explores the significance of incorporating ESD into science education in Indonesia, highlighting its potential to raise environmental awareness and foster sustainable behaviors from an early age. Despite its global recognition, the implementation of ESD in Indonesia faces several challenges, including the preparedness of educators, limited resources, and a lack of conceptual understanding of ESD. Effective strategies such as teacher training, development of sustainability-based teaching materials, and collaboration between schools, communities, and the private sector are crucial for overcoming these obstacles. Furthermore, adopting interdisciplinary and project-based learning approaches can enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are essential for addressing sustainability issues. The successful integration of ESD in science education is expected to produce a generation of students who are not only knowledgeable about sustainability but also actively contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. Through this approach, ESD becomes a transformative tool that shapes students' character as responsible agents of change, fostering a sustainable future.
