Abstract

Inspection of utilities and advertisements along toll roads is essential to ensure road user safety and maintain infrastructure standards. At PT Jasamarga Related Business Regional Office II, the inspection data recording process is still manual, often leading to delays, inaccurate data, and redundant inspections. This study developed a digital inspection system using AppSheet to enable real-time, efficient, and accurate data entry. The system was built using the Waterfall development model, while testing was carried out through the Black Box method and user acceptance was evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results show that the system operates as required, is user-friendly, and enhances work efficiency and team coordination. The application also supports data integration, automated reporting, and historical analysis. Therefore, the digitalization of inspections through AppSheet is considered effective and feasible for sustainable implementation.Keywords: Digitalization; AppSheet; Inspection; Utilities; Advertisement AbstrakInspeksi utilitas dan media iklan di ruas tol merupakan kegiatan penting untuk memastikan keselamatan pengguna jalan serta kondisi infrastruktur tetap sesuai standar. Di PT Jasamarga Related Business Regional Office II, proses pencatatan inspeksi masih dilakukan secara manual, yang sering menimbulkan keterlambatan, ketidaktepatan data, dan kebutuhan inspeksi ulang. Penelitian ini merancang sistem digital berbasis AppSheet untuk mendukung pencatatan data inspeksi secara real-time, efisien, dan akurat. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall, sedangkan pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box dan evaluasi penerimaan pengguna melalui model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, mudah digunakan, dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja serta koordinasi tim. Aplikasi juga mendukung integrasi data, pelaporan otomatis, dan analisis historis. Dengan demikian, digitalisasi inspeksi melalui AppSheet dinilai efektif dan layak diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan.
