<![CDATA[IPKU is an application developed by PT. PLN Indonesia Power to facilitate employee performance improvement. One of the keys to a company's success is the company's ability to empower its employees at all levels in the company. For this reason, an application is needed that can support work activities that can help employees in terms of improving employee performance. During the use of the application, usability testing has never been carried out. This study aims to assess user satisfaction with the IPKU application and determine factors that need to be improved and enhanced based on user responses. This study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method was chosen because in this method the testing is carried out by involving end users, so that the test results will be more in accordance with what the user is facing. Respondents consisted of 88 people. The results of the study showed that the SUS score obtained was 70.02. In terms of Acceptability Ranges, it is included in the "Acceptable" level, in terms of Adjective Rating it is included in the "Good" level, and the Grade Scale level is included in the "C" category. The score is slightly above average, which means that this application is quite acceptable to most users.Keywords: IPKU; Usability; System Usability Scale AbstrakIPKU merupakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh PT. PLN Indonesia Power untuk memfasilitasi peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Salah satu kunci kesuksesan perusahaan adalah kemampuan perusahaan memberdayakan pegawai-pegawainya pada semua jenjang dalam perusahaan. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya aplikasi yang dapat mendukung aktivitas kerja yang dapat membantu para pegawai dalam hal peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Selama penggunaan aplikasi tersebut belum pernah dilakukan pengujian usability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi IPKU serta menentukan faktor-faktor yang perlu diperbaiki dan di tingkatkan berdasarkan tanggapan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dipilih karena pada metode ini pengujian dilakukan dengan melibatkan pengguna akhir, sehingga hasil pengujian akan lebih sesuai dengan apa yang dihadapi oleh pengguna. Responden terdiri dari 88 orang. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa skor SUS yang diperoleh yaitu 70,02. Dari segi Acceptability Ranges masuk kedalam tingkat “Acceptable”, dari segi Adjective Rating masuk kedalam tingkatan “Good”, dan tingkatan Grade Scale termasuk kedalam kategori “C”. Skor tersebut berada sedikit di atas rata-rata, yang berarti aplikasi ini sudah cukup diterima bagi sebagian besar pengguna. ]]>
