ABSTRAK Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya jumlah organis muda di KUB St. Theresia Avilla, akibat ketiadaan regenerasi dan terbatasnya akses pelatihan organis bagi remaja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan teknik dasar penjarian keyboard kepada remaja anggota KUB St. Theresia Avilla, Paroki St. Yoseph Pekerja Penfui, Kupang. Fokus utama kegiatan ini adalah membekali peserta dengan keterampilan memainkan organ secara benar guna mendukung pelayanan musik liturgi di gereja. Kegiatan diawali dengan koordinasi bersama pengurus KUB kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan dalam empat sesi tatap muka, sesi pendampingan mandiri, dengan materi meliputi pengenalan keyboard, teknik penjarian, pembacaan notasi, dan latihan lagu liturgi (Bolelebo). Kegiatan ditutup dengan evaluasi peserta dan refleksi capaian program. Metode pelatihan bersifat partisipatif, melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai pendamping dan fasilitator. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta, khususnya dalam hal penempatan jari, kelenturan, dan ketepatan tempo. Keberhasilan pelatihan ditandai dengan penampilan akhir peserta yang mampu memainkan lagu dengan baik dan serasi. Program ini menjadi contoh konkret kontribusi pendidikan musik terhadap pelayanan gerejawi berbasis komunitas. Kata kunci: pelatihan organis; penjarian; musik liturgi; pengabdian masyarakat ABSTRACTThis community service activity was motivated by the limited number of young organists in the St. Theresia Avilla KUB, due to the absence of regeneration and restricted access to organist training for youth. The program aimed to provide basic keyboard fingering training to teenage members of the St. Theresia Avilla KUB, Parish of St. Joseph the Worker, Penfui, Kupang. Its main focus was to equip participants with proper organ-playing skills to support liturgical music services in the church. The activity began with coordination with KUB administrators, followed by four face-to-face training sessions and several self-guided mentoring sessions. The training materials included keyboard introduction, fingering techniques, music notation reading, and practice of a liturgical song (Bolelebo). The program concluded with participant evaluation and a reflection session to assess outcomes. The training employed a participatory approach, with university students serving as facilitators and mentors. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ skills, particularly in finger placement, flexibility, and tempo accuracy. The success of the program was demonstrated by the final performance, in which participants played the song fluently and harmoniously. This program serves as a concrete example of how music education can contribute to community-based church service. Keywords: organist training; fingering; liturgical music; community service
