Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of a web-based company profile application that serves as an information medium for users. The evaluation applied the Open BRR quality model, which includes seven indicators: Development Process, Documentation, Operational Software, Support, Software Technology, Functionality, and Community and Adoption. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Euclidean Distance method. The results showed that the Development Process indicator scored the highest at 82%, indicating that the system development process is well-managed. This was followed by Operational Software at 81%, and Support and Software Technology at 80% each, suggesting that operational performance, support, and technology implementation are reliable. Meanwhile, Functionality and Community and Adoption scored 79%, implying that there is still room for improvement in system features and user engagement. The lowest score was found in the Documentation indicator, at 72%, highlighting the need for clearer and more comprehensive user documentation. Overall, the application demonstrates a good level of quality, and this evaluation provides an objective overview along with improvement recommendations that can be used for further development.
