Abstract

This community service activity aims to examine strategies for optimizing the empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises producing floral-patterned silk based on local wisdom principles to enhance the economy in Lagosi Village. The methods used involve observation, counseling, mentoring, and evaluation of implementation. This dedication contributes to a deeper understanding of how micro, small, and medium enterprises in palm sugar can play a role in sustainable development and the local economy. The implications of the policies generated from this research can assist the government and other stakeholders in supporting the empowerment of micro, small, and medium enterprises focused on local wisdom-based silk weaving, as well as improving the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

Community service is one form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes education, research, and community service. This article discusses the digitalization of MSMEs and SMEs in Limpomajang Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. The activities focused on creating Google Business Profiles and activating QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) for business actors as the first step towards digitalization. This program aims to increase business visibility so that consumers can easily find it through Google Maps and provide a more practical non-cash payment system. The results of the activities showed a positive impact, namely increased market reach and ease of transactions, although there are still obstacles such as limited digital knowledge, internet access, and consumer habits that prefer to use cash. Thus, this simple digitalization is an effective step in strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs and SMEs at the local level.

Abstract

Organizational success is highly dependent on employee performance, especially in the midst of intense business competition such as at PT Magatti Market Indonesia. This study analyzes the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT Magatti Market Indonesia, considering the challenges faced by the courier profession. The study population was 80 employees of PT Magatti Market Indonesia (saturated sample), with data collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and classical assumption test. The results of the study indicate that partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (significance <0.05). However, compensation does not have a significant effect (significance >0.05). Simultaneously, leadership style and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance where f count 4.721> f table 3.12 and significance <0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.109 or 10.9%, indicating that 10.9% of employee performance variation is explained by these two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan anggaran belanja Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo periode tahun 2020-2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bendahara pada bidang keuangan dan data laporan realisasi anggaran di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di lakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan internet searching serta penyajian data yaitu berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo. Teori yang digunakan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan anggaran belanja adalah rasio efisiensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efisiensi anggaran belanja Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Wajo dari tahun 2020-2023 bervariasi tetapi pada kriteria efisiensi masuk dalam kategori efisien sesuai dengan standar kriteria yaitu kurang dari 100% dikatakan efisien. pada tahun 2020 sebesar 97.94 %, tahun 2021 sebesar 96,05%, tahun 2022 sebesar 93,76 % dan tahun 2023 sebesar 94,31%. Pengelolaan anggaran belanja pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten wajo sudah dinilai baik dalam hal mengelola anggaran belanja yang ditetapkan.
