<![CDATA[ABSTRACT The Perbup regarding the boundaries of Tengguli Village and Mekar Jaya Village has not been made because there is a dispute about the boundaries between the two villages, which began with the agreement on village boundaries made by the two village officials on July 27, 2011, which was rejected by residents in the area because they considered that historically the area they inhabit was the land of Tengguli village residents and another reason that made the residents not want to become Mekar Jaya residents was the long distance traveled by the residents if they wanted to take care of administrative documents. Therefore, local residents proposed to the Tengguli village government to help resolve the problem, so the Tengguli Village government asked for a review of their boundaries based on pressure from residents, and the Tengguli village head said that during the current village head M. Daud, S.Pdi, M.Pd. serving as village head will not let go of the area, proof of the seriousness of the Tengguli village government to maintain the area by continuing to consider the people in the area as its citizens, so that the home addresses and ID cards of residents are still recorded as Tengguli residents, until now the dispute between the two villages has not been resolved. Keywords: Analysis of Legal Certainty Related to Village Boundaries ABSTRAK Belum dibuatnya Peraturan Bupati (Perbup) tentang batas Desa Tengguli dan Desa Mekar Jaya karena terjadi perselisihan tentang batas antara kedua desa tersebut, yang berawal dari kesepakatan batas desa yang dibuat oleh kedua perangkat desa tersebut pada 27 Juli 2011, yang ditolak oleh warga yang berada yang berada di wilayah tersebut karena mereka menganggap secara historis wilayah yang mereka diami adalah tanah warga desa Tengguli dan alasan lain yang membuat warga tersebut tidak mau menjadi warga mekar jaya adalah jauhnya jarak yang ditempuh warga tersebut jika ingin mengurus berkas administrasi. Oleh karena itu warga sekitar mengusulkan kepada pemerintah desa tengguli untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, sehingga pemerintah Desa Tengguli meminta untuk dilakukan peninjauan kembali mengenai batas mereka atas dasar desakan dari warga, dan kepala desa tengguli menyampaikan bahwa selama kepala desa sekarang M.Daud, S.Pdi, M.Pd. menjabat sebagai kepala desa tidak akan melepas wilayah tersebut, bukti keseriusan pemerintah desa tengguli untuk mempertahankan wilayah tersebut dengan tetap menganggap masyarakat yang berada di wilayah tersebut sebagai warganya, sengingga alamat rumah dan KTP warga tetap tercatat sebagai warga Tengguli, hingga sampai saat ini perselisihan antara kedua desa belum terselesaikan Kata Kunci : Analisis Kepastian Hukum Terkait Batas Wilayah Desa]]>
