Abstract

The industrial sector is one of the hopes in improving the community's economy because it affects other sectors. Every activity carried out by a company or organization including agro-industrial businesses has the main goal of achieving maximum profit. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of capital, labor and raw material production factors on brick production in the brick industry in Pene Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. The data used in the study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with business respondents in the brick industry in Pene Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. The analysis tool used in this study was a multiple linear regression model. The results of the linear regression calculation showed that partially and simultaneously or together the variables of capital, labor and raw materials had a positive and significant influence on the amount of brick production in Pene Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency. Where simultaneously using the F test with a confidence level of 95%, the calculated F value was obtained > F table, namely the calculated F of 8932.215 and the F table of 2.82. While partially or individually using the T test with a confidence level of 95%, obtained T count table 2.015 and T count for capital 2.630, labor 0.537, raw materials 111.034, from this it is concluded that T count is greater than T table. In addition, the three variables included in the model are all significant as seen from the probability of the three far below 0.05, which is 0.000. Thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted while the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

Abstract

The low competence of TPQ teachers in reading and teaching the Qur’an in a standardized manner has affected the quality of learning at TPQ Islahul Ummah Mamben Lauk. To address this gap, the present study aims to enhance teachers’ abilities through Tilawati method training, which is systematic and easy to implement. The study employs a descriptive-quantitative approach involving 15 TPQ teachers as participants. Data were collected through observation, Qur’an reading tests, and pedagogical competency questionnaires based on Tilawati indicators, and then analyzed using descriptive techniques to identify changes in competence before and after the training. The results show a significant improvement in makhraj accuracy, tajwīd mastery, recitation fluency, and Tilawati rhythm stability. Furthermore, teachers’ pedagogical competence also increased, particularly in applying structured instructional steps and using the classical read-and-listen approach. These findings demonstrate that Tilawati training is effective in improving the quality of TPQ teachers and can serve as a model for developing Qur’an teaching competence in various basic religious education institutions.

Abstract

The Qur’an Memorization Method Training for Beginner Students at TPQ Al Amin Sepit was motivated by the low memorization skills of the students and the limitations of teachers’ techniques, which still relied on traditional methods without a systematic structure. This training aimed to improve students’ memorization abilities, enhance teachers’ instructional skills, and increase students’ motivation and discipline. The method applied was participatory training involving five beginner students and three teachers, using observation sheets, teaching notes, and recitation recordings as instruments. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation, and brief interviews, then analyzed descriptively to identify developments in memorization, teaching techniques, and students’ motivation. The results indicated a significant increase in the number of verses memorized, from an average of 5,6 to 1,3,4 improvement in teachers’ instructional skills through the application of talaqqi, tikrar, chunking, and structured tasmi’ methods, and enhanced students’ motivation and discipline in reviewing their memorization both at TPQ and at home. The training effectively improved the quality of Qur’an memorization learning through systematic, structured, and participatory methods.
