Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi usaha oleh tenaga kerja mandiri pemula dalam mengembangkan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Padaherang, Kabupaten Pangandaran. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha pemula mencakup keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam perencanaan bisnis, pemasaran digital, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Padaherang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hastrategi usaha oleh tenaga kerja mandiri pemula di Kecamatan Padaherang melibatkan pelatihan keterampilan teknis, pendampingan dalam perencanaan bisnis, dan penerapan pemasaran digital. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses modal, rendahnya literasi keuangan, dan kurangnya dukungan kelembagaan masih menjadi hambatan dalam pengembangan usaha mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa meskipun terdapat upaya yang signifikan dalam implementasi strategi usaha, diperlukan peningkatan akses terhadap modal, pelatihan literasi keuangan, dan dukungan kelembagaan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan UMKM yang dikelola oleh tenaga kerja mandiri pemula di Kecamatan Padaherang. Kata kunci: Strategi usaha,Tenaga Kerja Mandiri Pemula, UMKM

Abstract

The campaign stage is a crucial and significant phase in the General Elections in Indonesia, as stipulated in Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections and further regulated in the General Elections Commission Regulation Number 15 of 2023 concerning Election Campaigns, as well as the Election Supervisory Body Regulation Number 11 of 2023 concerning Campaign Supervision. However, during the implementation of the campaign stage in the 2024 General Elections, alleged campaign violations that disrupt the integrity of the elections were still frequently found. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of campaign stage supervision by the Ciamis District Panwaslu (Election Supervisory Committee) in the 2024 General Elections by examining the implementation of supervisory duties and authorities in accordance with applicable regulations. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation of campaign supervision activities carried out by the District Panwaslu. The results of the study indicate that the Ciamis District Panwaslu has carried out its campaign monitoring functions in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Supervision was conducted through monitoring patrols, the reception and handling of reports, and coordination with stakeholders. Nonetheless, its effectiveness is still hindered by limitations in human and logistical resources, as well as a low level of public participation. This study recommends enhancing the institutional capacity of Panwaslu and strengthening regulation-based participatory supervision.

Abstract

Curug Jami is one of the natural attractions located in Kujang Kulon Hamlet, Sukamaju Village, Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency. Curug Jami is one of the areas at the foot of Sawal mountain under the management of the Natural Resources Conservation Center (BKSDA) which is included in the Wildlife Sanctuary area. The purpose of this observation is to analyze the development of Curug Jami natural attractions in order to increase tourist attractiveness and contribution to the local economy. This observation was conducted in the Sukamaju Village area with a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques used through unstructured interviews. The results of the observation show that the development of this tourist attraction requires synergy between the government, the community, and the private sector. The main factors that influence development include inadequate infrastructure, limited promotion, and local community awareness of tourism potential. The proposed strategies include improving accessibility through road improvements, expanding supporting facilities such as parking areas, providing campsites, and optimizing digital promotions. Sustainable cooperation between related parties is expected to improve the quality of tourist attractions, attract more visitors, and have a positive impact on the welfare of the surrounding community.
