Abstract

This integrated community service activity was carried out to address the problem of stunting in Sriwedari Village, Salaman District, Magelang Regency. Handling problems regarding stunting includes two aspects: the economic aspect and monitoring the development of stunting toddlers. The unavailability of a stunting monitoring system has resulted in not being monitored for child growth and development. Several factors, including the economy cause the high stunting rate. In this community service activity, assistance is carried out for MSME Dried Potatoes Ms. Dwi based on digital marketing and creating a stunting monitoring information system. Efforts to solve these problems are expected to help the problem of stunting in Sriwedari Village.

Abstract

Anna Snack Wiran is one of the businesses engaged in the food sector which is located in Rambeanak 2 Village, Mungkid, Kab. Magelang. Anna Snack Wiran sells various types of ancient snacks, then accepts individual and wholesale food orders by visiting the store or online. Anna Snack Wiran already has her own label and has a PIRT number that has passed the test from the Magelang District Health Office. Anna Snack Wiran, frequent errors in managing and storing product data, sales data, customer data and customers must come to the store. Customers often find it difficult to get information about products such as product name, product type, product price, and product stock availability. Therefore, the solution in maintaining service to customers, especially those outside the city, is the application of the concept of customer relationship management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM). That is, a business strategy to select and manage the most profitable customer relationships, CRM requires a customer-centered business philosophy and culture to support effective marketing, sales and service processes, enabling management. or setting up good relations with customers. In this research, it can make it easier for customers to get product information, can make it easier for owners or admins to manage data so that the data storage process can be more accurate and stored neatly, and the application of CRM so as to create customer loyalty that is maintained for good customer relationships. sustainable with the criteria of customers buying very often and rarely buying. This is evidenced by the large percentage of blackbox testing that gets 100% accurate, in accuracy of calculations it also gets a value of 100% and testing the customer satisfaction system with a Likert scale gets 88.218% very satisfying.

Abstract

This journal reviews the classification of the maturity level of tangerines based on HSV using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. This study aims to make it easier for the public to distinguish ripe and unripe when choosing citrus fruits and also to avoid fruit shops selling unripe oranges so as not to harm sellers or buyers. We take the data sources used in this study ourselves. In this study, we use the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method. This method is used in the image classification process by relying on the results of feature extraction that have previously been trained. This method selects the nearest neighbor from the training dataset, then determines the closest distance value or the smallest distance value that will produce the classification output. The results of the accuracy in using this method have reached 93% with a value of k=7.

Abstract

During this time most people in determining the ripeness of avocados for personal consumption is not difficult because they can distinguish themselves but another case if used for production, which requires a lot of labor to group ripe and raw avocados. One of the innovations in information and communication technology in agriculture and plantations is the use of classification methods with naïve bayes algorithms. The formula of the problem in this study is how to do the classification on the ripeness of avocados and see the accuracy rate of the data. The purpose of this study is to classify avocado ripeness and to acquire intelligent systems, so that it becomes the first step towards the implementation stage. Based on the results and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the Naive Bayes method is considered capable in classifying avocado ripeness by using RGB color features. The accuracy in testing using Naïve Bayes method reached 83.34%. The performance obtained from this intelligent system is also effective and efficient so that the classification of avocado ripeness can be implemented.
