Abstract

The development of digital technology has created significant opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their markets through online marketing. However, many MSMEs in Sukadarma Village, Sukatani District, still face challenges in adopting digital marketing strategies due to low digital literacy and limited access to information. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of local MSME actors in digital marketing through intensive training and mentoring. The methods used include socialization, hands-on training, and achievement evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results show an improvement in participants' understanding of utilizing social media and marketplaces for product marketing. Additionally, there was an increase in customer interaction with products marketed digitally. Challenges encountered include differences in participants' digital literacy levels and limited internet access in some areas, which were addressed through additional mentoring. The sustainability of this program is expected to be strengthened through the formation of a local digital marketing community and collaboration with e-commerce platforms and internet service providers. Thus, strengthening digital literacy among MSMEs in this village can contribute to enhancing competitiveness and economic growth within the community.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membuka peluang besar bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui pemasaran berbasis digital. Namun, kenyataannya, banyak pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukadarma, Kecamatan Sukatani, Kabupaten Bekasi, masih menghadapi hambatan dalam mengadopsi strategi digital marketing secara efektif. Hambatan tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh rendahnya tingkat literasi digital serta keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi dan infrastruktur teknologi. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam bidang digital marketing melalui pendekatan edukatif berupa pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi pelatihan yang kontekstual, pelaksanaan workshop secara langsung, serta evaluasi ketercapaian melalui pre-test dan post-test. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengenalan konsep digital marketing, penggunaan media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok, strategi pembuatan konten menarik, hingga pemanfaatan marketplace dan teknik dasar SEO. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Sebanyak 80% peserta berhasil membuat akun bisnis, mengunggah konten promosi, dan mulai memanfaatkan fitur digital untuk memasarkan produknya. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan interaksi dengan pelanggan serta perluasan pasar. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi perbedaan tingkat literasi digital antar peserta serta keterbatasan jaringan internet di beberapa wilayah desa. Kendala tersebut diatasi melalui pendampingan personal dan komunikasi daring yang intensif. Keberlanjutan program diupayakan melalui pembentukan komunitas digital marketing lokal, serta rencana kerja sama dengan platform e-commerce dan penyedia layanan internet. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM desa dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis digital di wilayah perdesaan.
