The analysis method used is multiple linear regression processed with SPSS version 24. The results of the research show that Organizational Culture and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of each variable being 0.045 and 0.000, respectively. The regression coefficient for Organizational Culture is 0.567 and for Work Discipline is 0.334, indicating that Organizational Culture has a greater influence than Work Discipline in improving Employee Performance. In addition, the F test gives an F-count value of 65.245 with a significance of 0.000, indicating that Organizational Culture and Work Discipline simultaneously influence Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to measure the extent to which employee work competence influences the achievement of organizational goals at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Padangsidimpuan City. The research approach used was quantitative descriptive method with techniques such as correlation analysis, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t-test), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.509 between variable X (employee work competence) and variable Y (achievement of organizational goals). The calculation of the regression coefficient yielded a constant coefficient of 2.894 and a coefficient for the independent variable (X) of 0.169, resulting in the regression equation Y = 2.894 + 0.169X. The t-test yielded a computed t-value of 3.597, exceeding the tabulated t-value of 2.010, and a significance level (sig) of 0.012, which was lower than 0.05. The F-test yielded a computed F-value of 12.705 and a significance level (sig) of 0.000. Comparing this with the tabulated F-value of 4.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R2) was found to be 0.428, indicating that 42.8% of the variation in the achievement of organizational goals can be explained by employee work competence. The remaining 57.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. In conclusion, this study establishes that employee work competence has a positive and significant influence on the achievement of organizational goals at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Padangsidimpuan City, accounting for 42.8% of the variance.

Abstract

The flash floods that struck Huta Godang Village significantly impacted the sustainability of community micro-enterprises, particularly women who were economically vulnerable after the disaster. This community service activity aimed to improve the business management capacity of women affected by the flash floods as a strategy for local economic recovery and strengthening. The approach used was participatory, empowerment-based mentoring through business management training and mentoring, covering business planning, simple financial management, and marketing strategies. The program targeted women micro-enterprises and female heads of households in Huta Godang Village. The program evaluated participants' pre- and post-mentoring conditions using descriptive statistical data. The results showed a significant increase in participants' managerial capacity, indicated by an increase in the proportion of participants who had business plans, maintained financial records, and implemented simple marketing strategies. Furthermore, some participants began to experience a gradual recovery in their business income and demonstrated increased economic independence. This activity demonstrated the effectiveness of post-disaster mentoring for women's business management in supporting community economic recovery and strengthening women's roles as actors in local economic development. Therefore, this mentoring model has the potential to be replicated in other disaster-affected areas with similar social and economic characteristics
