Abstract

The difficulty in managing the data of books collection in the library is a problem that is often faced by the librarian that effect the quality of service. Arrangement and recording a collection of books in the file system of separate applications Word and Excel, as well as transaction handling borrowing and returning books, therehas been no integrated records. Library system can manage the book collection. This system can reduce the problems often experienced by library staff when serving students in borrowing books. There so frequent difficulty in managing the books that still in borrowed state. This system will also record a collection of late fees or lost library conducted by students (borrowers). The conclusion of this study is library performance can be better with the library system using web database.

Abstract

This paper purposes is to measure successful of Academic Advisory information system by combining two models of information system measurement. DeLone & McLean IS Success Model use to measure the successful of system while COBIT framework is to measure system maturity level. Result of this research showed that the successful of Academic Advisory IS affected by User Satifaction, Quality of Service, Quality of System while Maturity level at 3.7. The result also showed there’s a relation between level of maturity system with the success of system.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi Internet telah menjadi kebutuhan yang tak terhindarkan bagi manusia. Salah satu aspek penting dari Internet adalah situs web, yang merupakan aplikasi yang perlu dipahami oleh pelajar maupun masyarakat umum. Terdapat beragam tujuan dari situs web ini, dan banyak di antaranya memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat. Agar dapat memahami lebih baik dalam bidang teknologi informasi, penting untuk mengadakan pelatihan bagi masyarakat, terutama bagi mereka yang ingin memanfaatkan aplikasi web dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama untuk mendukung kegiatan perekonomian. Pelatihan ini bertujuan sebagai bagian dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengembangan dan fungsi aplikasi web dalam jaringan Internet. Javascript merupakan salah satu pemrograman web yang dapat memperkaya tampilan aplikasi web. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat penggunaan pemrograman Javascript untuk mengembangkan aplikasi web dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
