Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kinerja Organisasi pada Kantor Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Sorong Selatan, Provinsi Papua Barat Daya, dengan fokus pada Aksesibilitas Pangan, Distribusi Pangan, Peningkatan Infrastruktur Pangan, dan Peningkatan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aksesibilitas Pangan telah dilaksanakan meskipun belum optimal, sementara Distribusi Pangan dilakukan melalui kerja sama dengan BULOG namun masih menghadapi kendala geografis dan infrastruktur. Peningkatan Infrastruktur Pangan telah direncanakan sesuai visi-misi dinas, sedangkan Peningkatan Kualitas SDM melalui pelatihan belum berkelanjutan. Faktor Internal seperti SDM, Budaya Organisasi, dan Prosedur Kerja, serta Faktor Eksternal seperti Kebijakan Pemerintah dan Kondisi Alam, secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan sistem distribusi, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, dan adaptasi teknologi untuk memperkuat Ketahanan Pangan di wilayah tersebut. This study examines Organizational Performance at the Food Security Office of South Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua Province, focusing on Food Accessibility, Food Distribution, Food Infrastructure Development, and Human Resource (HR) Quality Improvement. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that Food Accessibility has been implemented but remains suboptimal, while Food Distribution is conducted in collaboration with BULOG yet faces geographical and infrastructural challenges. Food Infrastructure Development aligns with the office’s vision and mission, whereas HR Quality Improvement through training lacks sustainability. Internal factors such as HR, Organizational Culture, and Work Procedures, alongside External factors like Government Policies and Natural Conditions, significantly influence organizational performance. The study recommends strengthening distribution systems, enhancing HR capacity, and adopting technology to improve Food Security in the region.
