Abstract

Community service carried out by the IAI Daruttaqwa Gresik lecturer team through leadership training activities for OSIS administrators at MA Daruttaqwa Gresik. This training aims to improve the leadership competency of students who have a strategic role in running the organization in the school environment, as well as providing an understanding of the basic concepts and practices of effective leadership. The method in this training goes through several stages, namely situation analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the implementation of leadership training for OSIS administrators at MA Daruttaqwa obtained a level of satisfaction of 95% of participants who stated that they were very satisfied, and 5% of participants who stated that they were quite satisfied with the overall delivery of the material. Thus, the leadership training carried out by the IAI Daruttaqwa lecturer community service team meets the expectations of the needs of the OSIS administrators of MA Daruttaqwa. Improving participants' public speaking skills in communicating with peers and teachers, increasing participants' courage in communicating and actively participating in training, participants who were previously known to be quiet and lacked confidence in expressing their opinions finally dared to speak and express ideas and thoughts openly and constructively. Participants are motivated to be more confident, become role models, and be ready to become leaders in the school environment and in society. The accompanying teachers expressed their appreciation and satisfaction for the implementation of the activity.

Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai respons terhadap pendidikan di indonesia setelah terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, mengingat banyak siswa mengalami ketertinggalan dalam pembelajaran. Fokus pada mengatasi learning loss dan learning crisis merupakan langkah strategis untuk membantu siswa kembali dalam proses pendidikan mereka, Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan didalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Bagaimana penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Nahdlatul Ulama 2 Gresik, 2) Apa permasalahan penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Nahdlatul Ulama 2 Gresik, dan 3) Apa upaya dalam mengatasi permasalahan penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMP Nahdlatul Ulama 2 Gresik, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pendekatan kualitiatif deskriptif dengan mengambil obyek SMP Nahdlatul Ulama 2 Gresik, melalui pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Narasumer dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti , dan peserta didik kelas VII, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka yang mencakup pelatihan, pembuatan modul ajar, dan kegiatan P5 di luar jam pembelajaran menunjukkan komitmen sekolah untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih baik bagi siswa. 2) Penerapan metode problem-based learning dan langkah-langkah yang jelas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka dengan baik. 3) kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka sangat umum terjadi, terutama saat transisi dari metode pengajaran tradisional ke pendekatan yang lebih modern. Kelebihan yang sudah ada, seperti pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bervariasi. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan, seperti penggunaan metode ceramah dan pemahaman tentang asesmen diagnostik, mungkin dapat dilakukan pelatihan tambahan atau kolaborasi antara guru untuk berbagi praktik terbaik.

Abstract

Ecobric Sofa Making Training in MA. Mamba'ul Hisan Sidayu Gresik aims to foster creative and innovative ideas in solving the plastic waste problem. Processing plastic waste and the like into products in the form of sofas so that they have high value is the result of this training. Besides that, it can reduce plastic waste so that the environment becomes clean, healthy and comfortable.
